When producing a frame structure using a frame structure in which the unit block is a unit block and at least three or more such unit blocks are continuous in the longitudinal direction, a predetermined shape on the front and/or back surface of the planar material is A plurality of V grooves parallel to each other are formed in the vertical and horizontal directions, and the corners corresponding to the front and back pieces are cut out so that the frame structure is shaped in the width and length directions. After that, cut the V-groove at a predetermined location in the mold to separate the frame structures of the mold, and separate each of the separated frame structures. In the unit block, these front and back pieces are each folded inward to each peripheral piece to form a plurality of U-shaped edges, and the U-shaped edges located at both ends are folded inwards. It is characterized in that the framework of each U-shaped edge and the core material are fixed to each other by butting each other and loading a core material into each U-shaped edge.

固定することを特徴とする額縁の製造方法。1. In the manufacturing method of a picture frame having a polygonal outer and inner edge shape, a rectangular peripheral piece, a corner-cut trapezoidal front piece continuous to one side edge of the peripheral piece, and A picture frame is constituted by a unit block having a trapezoidal back piece that is narrow in width and continuous with the other side edge of the circumferential piece, and at least three or more such unit blocks are continuous in the longitudinal direction. When producing the picture frame structure, a plurality of V grooves parallel to each other are formed in the vertical and horizontal directions at predetermined locations on the front and/or back surfaces of the planar material, and Cut out the parts corresponding to the corners of one piece to create a mold section where the frame structure is continuous in either the width direction, the longitudinal direction, or both.
Cut the groove to separate the frame structures of the mold, and in each unit block of the separated frame structure, insert these front and back pieces into each peripheral piece. The U-shaped edges are folded toward each other to form a plurality of U-shaped edges, and the U-shaped edges located at both ends are abutted against each other, and core material is loaded into each U-shaped edge. and a method for manufacturing a picture frame, characterized in that the U-shaped frame and the core are fixed to each other.
