In addition, the accuracy of the airtight seal between the corrugated collision plate and the frame affects the mist separation efficiency, which requires man-hours and costs to manufacture and assemble the jig, and furthermore, when used in a gas flow containing corrosive mist. However, there was a problem with corrosion of the metal frame.

い。(Example) Regarding the drawings below, one aspect of the present invention:
Explain in detail. As shown in Fig. 1A and B, 1 is a corrugated collision plate, and the end face 1 is perpendicular to the gas flow direction shown by the arrow.
It is made of a wide material such as plastic for blocking the entire gas flow path. In the present invention, a large number of narrow partition walls 2 which divide the corrugated collision plate 1 into a plurality of mist separation chambers at approximately equal intervals in the gas outflow direction are integrally provided on the corrugated collision plate 1, and the back surface of the partition walls 2 is provided. A fitting hole 3 is provided in the partition wall 2, and a protrusion 4 that fits into the fitting hole 3 provided on the back surface of the adjacent corrugated collision plate 2 is provided at the tip of the partition wall 2. Both ends of each corrugated collision plate 1 parallel to the gas outflow direction A protrusion with a hook 5 is provided at the tip of the partition wall 2a, 2b protruding from the portion, and the protrusion with hook 5 of the collision plate 1 adjacent to the side wall of the partition wall 2a, 2b having the protrusion with hook 5 engages with the protrusion with hook 5. Hanging entrance 6
By providing the protrusions 4 of the adjacent corrugated collision plates 1, 1 and the fitting holes 3, and engaging the hooked protrusions 5 and the hooked protrusion engaging openings 6,
A plurality of corrugated collision plates 1, 1 are engaged with each other to form a mist separation chamber 7 therebetween, forming a curved gas flow path, and the gas fluid passing through the mist separation chamber 7 collides with the inclined wall surface 1b, This is a mist separation device in which mist in a gas fluid aggregates and separates from a gas layer while passing through a winding passage. Reference numeral 8 denotes inclined ribs (slanted grooves) that intersect with the gas outflow direction and are provided at least on the surface, preferably on both the front and back surfaces, of the inclined wall surface 1b of the corrugated collision plate 1. Providing this rib 8 improves mist separation efficiency and discharge of aggregated mist. This is preferable because it makes it easier.

い。 In the mist separation device of the present invention, the partition wall 2 serves as a spacer to hold the adjacent corrugated collision plates 1, 1 at a constant interval and to divide the mist separation chamber 7 into predetermined sizes. If the interval between the two is too wide, the mist separation efficiency will be reduced, and if the interval is too narrow, the fluid resistance will be large and the flow will be laminar, which will actually reduce the mist separation efficiency. The interval between the partition walls 2 is usually about 70 to 200 mm. In addition to the specific example shown in FIG. 1, the device of the present invention may of course use wave-shaped collision plates as shown in FIGS. . In addition, the second
It goes without saying that the joining of the corrugated collision plates in the structures shown in FIGS. 4 to 4 is exactly the same as that described above.

In order to connect them to form a box-shaped mist separation device, a plurality of partition walls 2 are integrally formed by injection molding or the like at approximately equal intervals in the vertical direction with the corrugated collision plate 1, and the tip of the partition wall 2 of the corrugated collision plate 1 is A projection 4 is provided at the position, and a fitting hole 3 into which the projection 4 of the adjacent corrugated collision plate 1 is fitted is provided on the back surface of the partition wall, and a large number of corrugated collision plates 1 are fitted together to form a mist separation device. The fitting hole 3 and the protrusion 4 serve for positioning when adjacent collision plates are overlapped, and the mist separation device can be easily formed without using welding or welding, so that the number of assembly steps can be reduced.
