本発明は例えはマイクロコンピュータ、キャラクタ−ジ
ェネレータ、フレームメモリ、ビデオ機器、ディジタル
オーディオ機器、ディジタル通信機等のような時分割を
必要とするものにおいて、基本周波数を発生する為に使
用する圧電振動子、特にその振動子表面に形成させる電

第2図は片端支持式短冊型圧電振動子を説明する図であ

し、この接続部分を図示せぬ導電性ペースト等で固着す

持具取付作業性が向上し、生産の自動化を図ることがで
