1980" is available. To give an overview of these conventional operations, after attaching the conductor connection terminal 1 and the molded stress cone 6 to the porcelain insulator tube 4, the cable conductor 2, cable insulator sheath 5, and cable shielding sheath 7 are gradually attached from the end. Cable 8 exposed to
into the cable insertion hole of the mold stress cone 6 until the cable conductor 2 reaches the tip of the cable conductor insertion hole of the conductor connection terminal 1, and then swage the cable conductor insertion hole of the conductor connection terminal 1 to connect the cable and the conductor connection terminal. 1 is electrically connected. Furthermore, in order to insulate the gap in the center through hole 10 of the porcelain insulator, a viscous insulating compound 3 such as polyurethane resin is applied to the conductor connecting terminal 1.
Fill the insulating compound through the insulating compound filling hole (not shown). (Filling with insulation compound may be done before inserting the cable into the central through hole 10)
With the hardening of the insulating compound, the insulation process inside the porcelain insulator tube is completed. However, in the above method, although the insulating compound has fluidity, it has a high viscosity, so filling the inside of the porcelain insulator tube does not proceed smoothly and the process takes a long time. Also, the work is
Since the work will be carried out on-site where porcelain insulators should be installed,
There have been problems with uneven insulation treatment (for example, insufficient filling of insulation compound, incorporation of air or moisture, incorrect selection of compound, poor mixing, etc.).

In the figure, the same reference numerals as in FIG. 1 indicate the same members.
In FIG. 2, numeral 90 indicates a cylindrical insulating component having good heat resistance and moisture resistance, such as silicone rubber, EPDM rubber, or neoprene rubber. Flange-shaped gaskets 91 integrally formed are provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the component 90 (or the gaskets are provided by first forming the main body and then gluing separately prepared gaskets), A through hole 92 for penetrating and storing the cable is provided in the central part in the axial direction, and the part 9
0 has closed cells 93 inside to provide uniform elasticity and flexibility. Flange-shaped packing 9
1, as will be described later, is not only that no separate packing is required when attaching the porcelain porcelain tube 4 and the conductor connection terminal 1, but also that the insulating component 90 is displaced from the porcelain porcelain tube 4 when inserting the cable into the through hole 92. It has the effect of preventing Next, if the insulating component 90 does not have elasticity and flexibility, as will be described later, the workability of fitting the insulating component 90 into the porcelain insulator tube 4 and the workability of inserting the cable into the through hole 92 of the insulating component 90 will be reduced. Not only are both inferior, but also there is a gap between the cable insulator coating 5 and the inner wall surface of the through hole 92 after the cable is inserted.
This creates gaps, allowing water and moisture to enter, leading to insulation deterioration. When the insulating component 90 is molded from foamed insulating rubber having closed cells, it not only has the above-mentioned elasticity and flexibility, but also is economical because it can be easily manufactured without impairing the water resistance and moisture resistance of the insulating component itself. and is more preferable.

A cable 8 with the cable conductor 2, cable insulator sheath 5, and cable shielding sheath 7 exposed in stages from the end is molded into a stress cone until the cable conductor 2 reaches the tip of the cable conductor insertion hole of the conductor connection terminal 1. The work is completed by inserting the cable through the cable insertion hole 6 and caulking the cable conductor insertion hole of the conductor connection terminal 1.

Effects of the invention As described above, when the porcelain insulator tube insertion type cable terminal processing part of the present invention is used at the cable terminal section, it is possible to handle many types of cables with different diameters, and the cable conductor, insulation coating, and shielding coating can be removed at the end. Insulating the inside of the porcelain porcelain tube is completed by simply inserting the cable exposed in stages from the porcelain porcelain tube into the cable end treatment component, and also prevents moisture from entering between the cable insulator sheath 5 and the central through hole of the porcelain porcelain tube. Since it is possible to prevent insulation deterioration by preventing insulation deterioration, not only can termination work be carried out in a short time, but also because it can be provided as a completed molded product, there is no uneven insulation treatment caused by conventional on-site construction. Furthermore, since the elastic deformation rate of the insulating parts is large, it is possible to accommodate the insertion of various types of cables. Also, since the cylinder is straight, the cable will not come off due to residual pressure after insertion.
