本発明の複合顆粒剤A及び比較品の複合顆粒剤Bをそれ
ぞれピーグル大に経口投与し、経時的に採血し、テガフ
ール、ウラシル及びテガフールの活性代謝物である5−
FUの血漿中濃度を測定した。その結果を薬物動態パラ
メーター(AUC(血中濃度曲線下面積) 、Cmax
(最高血中濃度))で比較し、それぞれ第1表、第2表

実験例2
男性で年齢77歳、体重45Kgの喉頭癌術後患者に、
ウラシル及びテガフールをともに胃溶剤とした製剤であ
るニーエフティ (登録商標)を2週間投与後、直ちに
本発明複合顆粒剤Aを2週間投与して副作用の種類およ

れぞれ4日目、7日目には完全に消失し、本発明複合顆

エフティを2週間投与し、その後再度本発明複合顆粒剤
を2週間投与して副作用の種類および程度について観察
した。いずれも投与量はテガフール量として1日量60
0mg/bodyとし、3回に分けて連日経口投与した

が発現し、以後144日目でその症状は継続した。しか
し、再度本発明複合顆粒剤に変更後悪心・嘔吐は完全に
消失し、食欲不振も発現頻度および程度はかなり減少し

発明の効果
ウラシルを含有する胃溶性組成物とテガフールを含有す
る腸溶性組成物を配合した本発明の複合製剤は、活性代
謝物である5−FUの血中濃度を高く維持でき、副作用
がかなり軽減され、臨床上極めて有用なものである。従
って本発明複合製剤は抗腫瘍剤として腫瘍の治療に有用
