本考案はチヤイルドプルーフ連動のドアガラス

従来のチヤイルドプルーフ装置は、ドアの開閉
のみを規制していたが、この装置では子供がウイ
ンドガラスを勝手に下げることができるので非常

本考案の目的は、前記問題点を解消し、ドアの
開閉とドアガラスの降下量を同時に規制できるチ

本考案に係るチヤイルドプルーフ連動のドアガ
ラス降下規制装置は、ドアのチヤイルドプルーフ
に連動してドアガラスの降下量も規制する機構を
設けて前記目的を達成するよう構成したものであ

以下第1図乃至第4図を参照して、本考案によ
るチヤイルドプルーフ連動のドアガラス降下規制
装置の一実施例について説明する。第1図はウイ
ンドレギユレータおよびドアガラス降下規制装置
の斜視説明図、第2図はドアガラス降下規制装置
の詳細図である。第1図において、1はドアガラ
スで、その下端にはX型のリフトアーム2が連結
されている。また、スパイラルスプリング3、セ
クタギヤ4、ピニオン5、レギユレータハンドル
シヤフト6によりドアガラス昇降手段が構成され
ており、同昇降手段はリフトアームに設けられて
いる。さらに、リフトアーム2の端部には係合部
としてのピン2aが形成されており、同ピン2a
はドアに形成された案内溝9に摺動自在に係合し
ている。第2図において、7,8はリンクでそれ
ぞれ軸7a,8aによつて枢支されている。そし
て、リンク7のレバー7bを反時計方向にまわす
とロツド10を介してリンク8も反時計方向に回
動し、規制部材としてのリンク8の先端8bがド
アに形成された案内溝9内に嵌入され、子供に安
全なドアガラス1の降下量に規制されるようにな

の実施例ではドアのチヤイルドプルーフに連動し
てドアガラスの降下量規制機構のレバー7bを反
時計方向にまわしロツクすると、この動きがロツ
ド9を介してリンク8に伝わりリンク8は反時計
方向に回転しリンク8の先端8bが子供に安全な
ドアガラス開度に対応する案内溝9内に嵌入さ
れ、その位置でウインドガラス1のリフトアーム
2の下端のピン2aの移動がL点で阻止され、第
4図bのようにウインドガラス1の降下量を危険

の移動を妨げない位置を占める規制部材と、チヤ
イルドプルーフ機構と連動して前記規制部材を移
動せしめるリンク機構とを備えたことを特徴とす
るチヤイルドプルーフ連動のドアガラス降下規制
