Claims (1)
- 発光素子と受光素子とが光学的に結合され被検
出物体の有無を無接点で検出する光結合装置の出
力を測定するものであつて、前記光結合装置を左
右方向に位置決めするための溝が形成された測定
台と、前記発光素子および受光素子のリードピン
に接触するコンタクトピンとを備えた光結合装置
の出力測定装置において、一方向の移動により前
記光結合装置を上方から押さえてその移動方向と
直交する上下方向に位置決めするための位置決め
機構と、前記コンタクトピンを前記リードピンに
接触させるためのコンタクト機構とが設けられた
ことを特徴とする出力測定装置。
