Claims (1)
- 所定位置にセツトされた工具に対して遠近移動
可能な移動台に、測定ヘツドが設けられ、該測定
ヘツドは、前記移動台に固定された固定ヘツド部
と、互いに直交し隣接する２つの測定面を有し且
つ測定方向に対し４５°の角度で延びる弾性結合
部材によつて固定ヘツド部に連結されている可動
ヘツド部と、からなり、両ヘツド部間には固定ヘ
ツド部側接点及び可動ヘツド部側接点よりなる電
気接点が介設され、可動ヘツド部側接点は、常時
は前記弾性結合部材の弾性付勢力よつて固定ヘツ
ド部側接点に対し弾接され、測定時には測定圧力
の作用に伴つて固定ヘツド部側接点より離間され
るようになつており、更に測定時に可動ヘツド部
側接点が固定ヘツド部側接点より離間しことを検
知する検知手段が設けられている工具の寸法測定
装置。
