Claims (1)
- 被測定体を挟んで対向配置される上下ヘツドを
用いて前記被測定体の特性を測定する装置におい
て、上ヘツド又は下ヘツドの一方を測定光照射側
とし他方を受光側として用いるとき、前記測定光
照射側として用いるヘツドは前記被測定体への照
射光を作成する光学系、複数のバンドパスフイル
タを切換えるチヨツパー、該チヨツパーの動きを
検知して複数の信号を出力するフオトインターラ
プター及びオフシート時に前記被測定体への照射
光を遮断するシヤツタ機構を具備し、前記受光側
ヘツドは少なくとも前記被測定体と相互作用を持
つて入射する光を検出する検出器を有する光学系
を具備し、前記受光側ヘツドの出力及び前記フオ
トインターラプターの信号が演算・制御部に導か
れて、該演算・制御部において前記被測定体によ
り吸収される波長が規定以上か以下かによつてオ
ンシート又はオフシートの判別がされて前記シヤ
ツター機構を制御することにより前記検出器を保
護する構成としたことを特徴とする検出器保護装
置。
