Claims (1)
- 信号発生回路が出力する測定信号を被測定ＡＬ
Ｃ回路へ印加し、被測定ＡＬＣ回路の出力信号を
測定するＡＬＣ回路の特性測定器において、前記
測定信号を受け制御信号に応じて断続して前記被
測定ＡＬＣ回路へ送出する開閉回路と、前記被測
定ＡＬＣ回路の出力信号レベルが所定値となるよ
うに前記制御信号を生成する開閉制御回路と、前
記制御信号に応じて前記出力信号を測定する特性
測定回路とを備えたことを特徴とするＡＬＣ回路
の特性測定器。
