However, with such a conventional pine hair curler, as shown in Fig. 14 A or B, the pine hair is hardly curled just by holding it, so as shown in Fig. 12 A to D. Since the pine hair is mechanically curled by pinching and squeezing the pine hair, there have been problems such as stress on the hair roots, causing pain and causing the hair to fall out.

On the other hand, there has been a hair iron 11 for curling hair as shown in FIGS. 15 and 16, which has a rod-shaped high temperature part (130
℃) 12 and the presser plate 13 to sandwich the hair 14,
It curls the hair by applying heat at the same time, and since it does not apply excessive force to the hair roots and heat is applied, the curls last longer.

Therefore, if you use a thin curling iron, you can curl the pine hair, but as shown in FIG. Since the distance S from the eyelids 15 to the eyelids 15 becomes very small, there is a problem that the eyelids 15 may be burned unless advanced techniques are used. It is especially difficult to curl your hair by yourself.

However, this is because the main case, which is held by hand, and the frame part, which holds the pine hair, extend on the same straight line, so the main case interferes with the face, making it difficult to grasp, and when curling the pine hair on the left side. The device had to be held with the left hand, and the switch's ON/OFF and frame opening/closing pushbuttons had to be operated separately, which caused problems in operability.

In addition, each frame that holds the pine hair is not shaped to fit the curved surface of the eyelid, and it is rotatable like scissors, so you can evenly pinch all the pine hair on one eyelid at once. It was difficult to curl it.

Furthermore, the pine hair is held between a frame with low-current nichrome wire reinforced with metal and wrapped in ultra-thin insulation, and a receiving frame integrated with the main body case, and curled by heating the frame with the nichrome wire. Therefore, since the entire frame with the nichrome wire is heated, there are various problems such as the risk of getting burned if the frame touches the eyelids, so it is hardly used at present.

When the heating element 28 is mounted exposed, it is preferable to use a material that is particularly resistant to rust, such as a nichrome strip (a flattened nichrome wire). Since it is exposed to quickly conduct heat to the pine hair, if it rusts, the thermal conductivity will deteriorate and the electrical resistance will change, which is inconvenient.

Hold the first and second support pieces 22 and 23 between the fingers of your hands from above and below, bring the upper holding piece 20 close to your eyelids (you may also apply it to your eyelids), and place the convex holding part 20a on the pine of the upper eyelid 15. When the first and second support pieces 22 and 23 are rotated in the closing direction against the biasing force of the leaf spring piece 26 by pressing the operating piece 25 with, for example, a thumb, the upper clamping piece 20
The convex clamping part 20a of the lower clamping piece 21 and the concave clamping part 21a of the lower clamping piece 21 move toward each other while maintaining a substantially parallel state to bend and clamp the pine hair 8.

In this state, when the operating piece 25 is pushed further, the first and second support pieces 22 and 23 do not rotate any further, but the operating piece 25 bends inward, and the protrusion 25a pushes the push pin 27a, turning the switch 27 on. Then, electricity is supplied from the battery 24 to the heating element (heater) 28 to generate heat.

As explained above, when the electric lash curler according to the present invention is used, the first and second support pieces, which are the gripping operation parts, are located behind the upper and lower gripping pieces, so that they interfere with the face. Without a doubt,
Both can be operated with the right hand when curling the pine hair on the left and right eyelids.

Since the upper and lower clamping pieces are curved to fit the curved surface of the eyelid, all the pine hair can be clamped at once when brought close to the eyelid. Since the concave clamping portion of the lower clamping piece moves toward each other while maintaining a substantially parallel state, all the pine hairs can be bent and clamped almost simultaneously and uniformly.

Also, when one of the first and second support pieces and the other operation piece are held and pressed between fingers, both support pieces are first bent in the direction of closing their tips, and the upper and lower holding pieces are used to hold the pine hair. By bending and holding the pine, and then further pressing the operating piece, the switch is turned on and the heating element is energized to curl the pine hair, and then when the pressing force is released, the switch is turned on. First, the switch is turned off, and then the upper and lower grips open to release the pine hair.

Moreover, the upper and lower holding pieces are made of a material that is heat resistant and has low thermal conductivity.
Since the heating element is attached to at least one of the convex holding part and the concave holding part along the longitudinal direction at the center in the thickness direction, the surfaces of the upper and lower holding pieces that face or contact the eyelids become highly heated. There is no risk of burning the eyelids due to heating or direct contact with the eyelids, ensuring a high degree of safety.
