When storing the heat generating board and motor inside the main body case, the terminals of the heat generating board and the motor are connected with soft lead wires, which may cause the lead wires to wobble or rotate in opposite directions. The wires are easy to break, and in order to prevent this, it is necessary to temporarily fasten them together with a separate rigid member until they are assembled and stored. Moreover, this separate member must be heat resistant, making the temporary fastening structure complicated. This resulted in unnecessary costs and was undesirable.

In recent years, with the increase in power output, the shape of the heat generating board and electric motor have become larger, and it is now necessary to hold them together with one hand.In this case, at least one device that can firmly hold both together just by grasping the electric motor is required. Such handling was difficult with conventional products.

With this configuration, the heat generating board and the electric motor are firmly fixed by the lead wire of the rectifier attached to the input terminal of the electric motor, and the gap between the two is prevented from deforming, for example. During assembly, it can be inserted into the main body case from the heat generating board side by grasping only the motor side with one hand.
In particular, a heating board configured in a cross-like manner is likely to lose its intersecting condition, for example, the crossing angle. If the crossing angle becomes wrong, the cross-sectional area of the flow path divided into four parts of the cylindrical main body case will change in size. However, this causes abnormal local heat generation, but according to the present invention,
Since both ends of the resistance wires wrapped around the heat generating boards are fixed to terminals provided at positions apart from the intersection centers of the adjacent heat generating boards, a temporarily assembled crossing state can be maintained. When directly connecting each of the lead wires on the motor side, positioning is easy and connections such as soldering and riveting are easy. The stay functions to maintain the center relationship, and it can be assembled into the main body case without disturbing the intersecting condition, suppressing local abnormal heat generation and facilitating the assembly work.

Hereinafter, details of the present invention will be explained according to one embodiment. In Figure 1, 1 is the main switch, and in addition to switching the AC power supply P between "ON" and "OFF", it can also switch between "strong" and "weak" by connecting a diode 4 to one side. There is. That is, the a side is a "strong" mode in which the AC power P is directly supplied without going through the diode 4, and the b side is a "weak" mode in which the AC power P is half-wave rectified and supplied through the diode 4. R1 ,
R 2 and R 3 are a plurality of types of resistors that form the heat generating portion, and as will be described later, these wire diameters and heat generation amounts are different. 2 is 240V (200~240V) and 120V (100V)
This is a voltage changeover switch that switches the voltage between The heating circuits are connected in parallel, and the same voltage is applied to each heating circuit, making it 120V, and when connected to the side (shown by the solid line), both heating circuits, that is, resistors R 1 , R 2 , and R 3 Connected in series for 240V. 3 is a temperature rise preventer such as a fuse or thermostat connected to the main circuit, 5 is an electric motor, and 6 is a rectifier connected to both ends of resistor R3 , which is the resistor of the second heating circuit.
The value of R 3 is set so that the voltage generated across it generates the rated voltage of the motor 5. 7
is a heat-generating board made of mica plates assembled in a cross shape, and resistance wires R 1 , R 2 , and R 3 are wound around this board. A resistor that supplies voltage to the motor 5
R 3 is wound around the heat generating board 7, and its both ends are fixed to terminals 14 provided at positions separated by the intersecting centers of the adjacent heat generating boards 7. Being mounted away from the intersection center is effective in increasing the accuracy of the intersection angle, and
Due to the rigidity of the resistor R 3 , the temporarily assembled state of the heat generating board 7 is maintained. In this temporarily assembled state, the lead wire 16 of the rectifier 6 is connected to the heat generating board 7 side. 8 in FIG. 1 is an electric motor, and its input terminal 15 side is the board 7.
The electric motor 8 and the substrate 7 are arranged so as to face sideways and to be located at the center of intersection of the substrate 7, so that the centers of the electric motor 8 and the substrate 7 are almost aligned, and are fixed to the center of the rectifying tube 9. Therefore, the substrate 7 is also fixed to the center of the rectifying cylinder 9. The rectifier 6 includes, for example, four elements combined and bridge-connected to form a full-wave circuit. One side lead wire 16 of the bridge-connected rectifier 6 is directly attached to the input terminal 15 of the electric motor 8, and the other side lead wire 16 is connected directly to the input terminal 15 of the electric motor 8. Two lead wires 12
is extended and directly connected to both terminals 14 of the resistance wire R3 .

At the same time, the heat generating board 7 and the electric motor 8 can be firmly and temporarily attached to each other while maintaining the central relationship between the heat generating board 7 and the electric motor 8, and can be positioned at the center of the rectifying tube 9.
