(Conventional technology and its problems) When boiling buckwheat in a buckwheat oven, it is necessary to boil it quickly, so a powerful burner is used. When the burner is used, the hot water inside the copper pot rises to about 70-80℃, the temperature on the outside of the copper pot is about 80℃, and the chimney surface reaches a high temperature of about 250℃. Along with this, the top surface of the copper pot is heated, so the top surface of the copper pot, especially the lower edge of the clamping frame around the top of the inner pot and the welded parts of the metal, oxidizes due to the influence of food and spilled liquid. It corroded easily, and wrinkle-like cracks sometimes appeared from this part. Also, when there is a rush of orders, a large amount of hot water in the inner pot is consumed, and to compensate for this, the hot water stored in the copper pot must be pumped up. There will be a need to replenish the water, but there are many situations where the copper jar is used with a low amount of water. In that case, the top surface of the furnace would be in a dry firing state, and if it was used intermittently, it would be difficult to avoid damage due to dry heating, burnt food, acceleration of corrosion, etc.

Up until now, in order to prevent such corrosion and damage, the water faucet has been opened and water has been sprayed intermittently onto the top of the unit. However, there is no buckwheat stove that has a structure in which the upper surface can be filled with water to prevent corrosion and damage, and spraying water is also uneconomical in terms of the amount of water used.

Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is designed to prevent corrosion and damage caused by heating of the top surface of the copper pot, etc., and prevent food from being damaged by forming a buckwheat stove so that water can be filled on the top surface of the copper pot. The purpose is to prevent burning.

(Means for Solving the Problem) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes an rim for filling water on the upper surface of the copper pot, and a rim for filling the upper surface with water. Preferably, a drain port is formed on the side of the buckwheat stove near the rear flue to allow water on the top surface to drain downward from the copper pot, and the drain port is pipe-shaped and has an overflow port at the top. The soba stove is characterized in that the stopper is inserted and removably inserted so that the overflow port of the stopper projects a predetermined length above the upper surface of the copper pot.

(Function) If it is necessary to fill the top surface of the copper pot of the buckwheat stove with water, insert a stopper from above into the drain hole formed on the top surface. Since the drain hole is blocked by the stopper, water can be filled onto the top of the copper jar. At this time, the top of the stopper protrudes above the top of the copper pot. Excess water on the top
It flows through an overflow port formed in the top of the stopper and is discharged through a drain port. Therefore, the top surface of the copper pot can be filled with water to a certain depth from the overflow port of the stopper to the top surface of the copper pot.

In addition, if there is no need to fill the top surface of the copper pot of the buckwheat stove with water, or if you wish to drain the water that has collected on the top surface, pull out the stopper that is removably inserted into the drain port upwards or drain it. If you drop it into your mouth and lower the overflow port, the water will drain out of the drain port.

FIG. 1 shows a copper pot 1 including the drain port 2 and plug 4.
FIG. The rising edge 1b above the combustion chamber 1a, the rising edge 1f around the copper pot mouth 1e, and the rising edge 1g around the outer periphery of the buckwheat stove all function as edges for filling the top surface of the copper pot with water. . The upper end of a drain pipe 3 extending downward through the inside of the copper pot is welded to the drain port 2 that drains water from the top surface 1d of the copper pot, and the area around the drain port 2 is designed to prevent water from draining when draining water. It is formed in a slightly concave shape to improve drainage and to prevent drainage from becoming poor even if that part is raised by welding when the drain port 2 and drain pipe 3 are joined.

A pipe-shaped stopper 4 is removably inserted into the drain port 2 from above. The stopper 4 has an outer tube 4a having an overflow port 4d on its upper side surface, and an inner tube 4b that is fitted into the lower part of the outer tube 4b to be integrated by welding, and a stepped portion 4c is formed on the outer periphery of the lower end of the outer tube 4a. There is. Moreover, the outer diameter of the outer pipe 4a and the inner pipe 4b is the same as that of the drain pipe 3.
The inner diameters of the upper tube 3a and lower tube 3b are set corresponding to the inner diameters of the upper tube 3a and lower tube 3b, respectively. When the plug 4 is inserted into the drain pipe 3, it is inserted until the stepped portion 4c of the plug 4 comes into contact with the stepped portion 3c of the drain pipe 3, and is not inserted any further. The length of the plug 4 is such that when the plug 4 is inserted into the drain pipe 3 to the above position, the overflow port 4d of the plug 4 protrudes from the top surface of the copper pot by a predetermined height, for example, within a range of about 5 to 20 mm. It is formed to have the following dimensions. At the upper end of the stopper 4, there is a handle 5 for pulling out the stopper.
is attached. The handle 5 is provided so that the stopper 4 can be held even when the upper surface of the copper jar becomes hot and the stopper 4 is heated, and its shape is arbitrary.

Here, the reason why the drain pipe 3 and the plug 4 are formed by the upper and lower pipes and the inner and outer pipes is as described above.
This is to ensure that when the plug is inserted into the drain pipe, it will stop at a certain position, and the stepped portions of the drain pipe and stopper will come into contact with each other to completely shut off water. As another example, both the drain pipe 3 and the stopper 4 may be formed of a single pipe, and a protrusion may be formed inside the drain pipe 3 so that the stopper 4 stops at a fixed position, and any suitable means may be used. .

When it is necessary to fill the top surface 1d of the copper pot of the buckwheat stove 1 with water, for example, when the top surface 1d of the copper pot becomes hot or to prevent food such as noodles from burning,
If the stopper 4 is inserted from above into the drain port 2 formed on the top surface 1d of the copper pot, the drain port 2 is blocked by the stopper 4, so that the top surface 1d of the copper pot can be filled with water.
The water excessively supplied to the top surface 1d of the copper pot flows down from an overflow 4d formed on the upper side of the stopper 4, passes through the drain port 2 and the drain pipe 3, and is connected to the socket 3d at the lower end of the drain pipe 3. drained to an external drain pipe. Therefore, the top surface 1d of the copper pot can be filled with water to a certain depth from the bottom of the overflow port 4d formed on the upper side surface of the stopper 4 to the top surface of the copper pot. Furthermore, even if water is continuously supplied to the top of the copper pot, a constant water level can be maintained.

In addition, if there is no need to fill the top surface 1d of the copper pot of the buckwheat stove with water, or if you want to drain the water that has filled the top surface, you can use the plug 4 from the drain port 2 as shown in Figure 2.
When the water is pulled upward, the water is drained from the drain port 2, through the drain pipe 3, and into an external drain pipe.

The stopper 6 shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 has overflow ports formed in two stages, upper and lower, on the side surface of the upper part of the stopper that protrudes from the upper surface of the copper jar. When filling the top surface of the copper pot with water deeply, cover the lower overflow port 6a with a closure material 7 such as a rubber band as shown in Figure 4, drain water only from the upper overflow port 6b, and fill the water shallowly. In this case, as shown in FIG. 5, remove the plugging material 7 from the lower overflow port 6a and drain water from there to lower the water level. However, if the overflow ports are formed in several stages above and below, the required water level can be selected according to the heating state of the buckwheat oven.

Furthermore, the stopper 8 in FIG. 6 has an overflow port 8a.
is formed not on the side of the top of the stopper, but at the top end, so that excess water supplied to the top of the copper jar flows down from the outer top end. However, in order to more reliably prevent large objects from falling or flowing into the drain pipe, it is preferable to provide an overflow port on the side surface.

Figure 7 shows a part of the stopper 9 and drain pipe 10, which attempts to adjust the water level on the upper surface of the copper jar by forming the stopper and drain pipe so that they can fall into each other. . A part of the upper periphery of the lower pipe 11 of the drain pipe 10 is cut out from the upper end by a certain dimension A to form a recess 12 and a convex part 13, while a part of the lower periphery of the outer pipe 14 of the stopper 9 is cut away from the lower end. A recess 15 that is cut out with a size A or more that is approximately the same as the width of the convex part 13 and can fit into the recess 12 and the convex part 13, respectively.
and a convex portion 16 are formed. If the plug 9 constructed as described above is inserted into the drain pipe 10 so that its convex part 16 contacts the convex part 13 of the drain pipe 10, the overflow port 17 formed at the top of the plug 9 will be able to reach from the top surface of the copper pot. Because it is located high up, the water on the top of the copper jar can be filled deeply, and the stopper 9 can be
If the overflow port 17 is inserted into the drain pipe 10 so as to fit into the recess 12 of the drain pipe 10, the overflow port 17 will be located low when viewed from the top surface of the copper pot, so that the water on the top surface of the copper pot can be filled shallowly. In addition, the convex portion 16 of the stopper
If the overflow port 17 is set so that it is flush with the top surface 1d of the copper pot when the water is fitted into the recess 12 of the drain pipe, water on the top surface of the copper pot can be drained in this state. There is no need to pull out the plug, and it is convenient for storing the plug when draining water.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, according to the invention, the buckwheat oven can fill the upper surface of the copper pot with a predetermined amount of water while adjusting the water level, so if ingredients such as noodles boil over from the inner pot, Food will not burn or stick to the top surface of the copper pot, including the contact area between the upper periphery of the inner pot and the upper periphery of the combustion chamber, and the bent metal parts on the top surface of the copper pot, resulting in sanitary conditions. As well as being
It is possible to prevent the contact portions and the top surface of the copper pot from oxidizing and corroding or cracking due to food contamination. In addition, even when a large amount of water is used in the copper pot and the pot becomes empty, it can prevent cracks and damage to the top surface of the copper pot and around the chimney, extending the life of the buckwheat stove. .
