Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to dispose of a filter having a filter frame made of a resin with a compact size by folding it double at prescribed sites. CONSTITUTION:A filter film 19 and a frame body 18 are formed integrally to give a filter 12. The frame body 18 is prepared by injection molding of regin through gates 20, 21. Since the gates 20, 21 are so set as to be located at the center parts of both upper and lower lines 18c, 18a, weld lines are produced almost the center parts of both right and left lines of the frame body 18. Consequently, the frame body 18 can be folded easily on the center of the weld lines, so that the filter 12 can be disposed of in a compact size condition.

ものであるが、その射出成形時に例えば同図に示すよう
な位置に設けられた3箇所のゲート4,5,6が用いら
れた場合には、枠体2のウエルドラインは成形用金型に
注入された樹脂同士が回り込んで衝突して一体化する枠
体2の角部、並びに枠体の下辺2a及びこれと平行に形
成された取手部2bの略中央に生ずる(ウエルドライン
の各位置を矢印A,B,Cで示す)。
