【考案の詳細な説明】
[産業上の利用分野]
本考案は、自転車に取付けられる前照灯構造に

[従来技術及び考案が解決しようとする課題]
従来、自転車の前照灯において、その照射角度
を上下左右に首振り調整可能に構成したものがあ
るが、この場合、ボデーが取付けステーに対し摺
動することにより首振りする構造になつている。
この結果、振動等によつてボデーが不用意に球面
摺動して照射角度が大きく変化してしまうという
欠点がある。そこで、第5図に示す如く、ボデー
aの球面摺動部bに回り止め用の縦長角孔cを設
ける、一方、螺子溝が形成された取付軸fに上記
角孔cに対応した切欠き部gを形成しておき、取
付軸を角孔cに貫通せしめた状態で角孔cと切欠
部gとの干渉で、ボデーaを、上下方向(Y方
向)の摺動は何ら規制されないが左右方向(X方
向)への首振り摺動は規制するようにして不用意
な照射角度変化を防止していた。しかるにこのも
のでは、ボデーの照射角度変化の調整範囲が左右
方向は狭く、また上下方向には大きくなつてしま
ううえに、取付軸に特殊な切欠き加工を施す必要
がある等、部材の汎用化が損なわれ、コストダウ

を一掃することができる照射角度調整機能を有す
る前照灯構造を提供することを目的として創案さ
れたものであつて、車体側に設けられる取付けス
テーに前照灯のボデーを球面摺動すべく取付ける
に、前記取付けステーとボデーとの間に、互いに
遊嵌係合してボデーの取付けステーに対する球面
摺動の範囲の規制をする摺動範囲規制機構を設け

次に、本考案の一実施例を図面に基づいて説明

部付近には段差状に低い取付部2が設けられてお
り、この取付部2の略中央には取付孔4が穿設さ
れ、この孔4の周辺に球面状に凹んだ摺動部3が
形成され、前記取付部2の外縁付近には角状の切
欠部5が設けられている。一方、11は螺子溝が
形成された取付軸、12はスプリングワツシヤ、
13はナツト、14は球面ワツシヤ、15はアー
ムプレート、16は前記取付軸11に遊嵌される
スペーサ、17は該スペーサ16の回りに遊嵌さ
れるコイル状の弾機である。また、20はボデー
1を取付けるための取付ステーであつて、該ステ
ー20の一端には鈎状の爪21を備えた角曲部2
2が形成されており、この角曲部22の略中央に

サ16、弾機17、スプリングワツシヤ12の順
で取付軸11に挿入せしめた後、ナツト13で締
付ける。この場合、ボデー1は取付軸11に対し
内外の両球面ワツシヤ14部位で前後左右に首振
りして球面摺動し、照射角度を調整することがで
きるように設定されている。そしてこの様にボデ
ー1がステー20に組付けられた状態で、爪21
が切欠部5に遊嵌するが、ボデー1側の切欠部5
と取付ステー20側の爪21との相対寸法を、第
1図に示す如く、切欠部5の幅、深さ、奥行きの
各寸法をA、B、C、爪21の対応する幅、厚
さ、長さの各寸法をそれぞれH、D、Wとした場
合、
A≧H+α、B≧D+β、C≧W+γ
になるように設定されている。ここで、α、β、
γは爪21が切欠部5に接当するまでの摺動量
(余裕寸法)を意味し、この範囲内で上下方向の

成されないような不具合がなく、理想的な摺動範
囲規制ができることになる。しかもこのものは、
取付軸に切欠を必要としないので、部品の汎用化
