INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION FIELD The present invention relates to cosmetics containing carpronium chloride as a main ingredient. Prior Art The present inventor has previously found through animal and human experiments that carpronium chloride increases skin blood flow when applied externally, acts on nerve endings to promote the functions of sebaceous glands and sweat glands, and that carpronium chloride increases skin blood flow when applied externally. They found that it causes the secretion and sweating, and also found that it is effective in the clinical treatment of acne, eczema, etc. (Refer to Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 56-32415 on Skin Disease Treatment Agents). Problems to be Solved by the Invention One of the causes of wrinkles on the skin is the deterioration of collagen fibers and elastic fibers due to aging. Decreased sweating accelerates skin aging and contributes to the development of wrinkles. In particular, a decrease in blood flow to the skin not only leads to insufficient hydration and nutrition, but also
Special care should be taken as it also reduces sebum secretion and sweating. Until now, the above-mentioned problems have been dealt with using methods such as nutritional creams (containing oils and moisturizers), pine surges, and face masks. However, conventional methods are completely useless in improving sebum secretion and sweat secretion, let alone improving blood flow. Means for Solving the Problems The present inventor has proposed that carpronium chloride acts on blood vessel walls, which tend to gradually harden and narrow due to aging, to improve skin blood flow, and improve sebum secretion and sweating, which tend to decrease with aging. Based on the above research results, we pondered the possibility of delaying aging and curing "fake wrinkles", "fine wrinkles" and rough skin, and as a result, we arrived at the cosmetics of the present invention. However, one of the difficulties in preparing cosmetics containing carpronium chloride lies in its stabilization. Since it is applied to the skin, it is not preferable for the pH to exceed the range of 4.0 to 7.0. Since the stable pH range of carpronium chloride is 3 to 5, the most preferred range is around 4.5. However, even if the pH was adjusted to 4.5 to 5.0, the stability of carpronium chloride was still insufficient, and some measures were still needed. The concentration of carpronium chloride is not suitable for the purpose in question.
0.1-0.5% by weight is sufficient. At this concentration of carpronium chloride, 10-30% (w/w) ethanol was found to have a significant stabilizing effect. However, this concentration of ethanol can be used in lotions, emulsions, and face masks, but not in creams. In addition, citric acid, glutamic acid, succinic acid, phthalic acid, lactic acid, acetic acid, boric acid, salts of these acids, pantothenyl ethyl ether, etc. contribute to the stabilization of carpronium chloride, so these should be appropriately blended. is not only desirable for lotions, emulsions, and face packs, but also serves as an indispensable stabilizer for creams. The stabilizing effects of these acids and/or their salts on carpronium chloride are illustrated by the following examples. Furthermore, by adding moisturizers to carpronium chloride, collagen, hyaluronic acid, etc. are suitable for retaining secreted sebum and moisture in the skin, and elastin is useful for improving skin firmness. After seeing this, I completed the present invention.

Artificially, skin roughness is caused by irradiation with ultraviolet light source (Polar Light Electricity, peaking at 297 nm), and
Only 0.5% carpronium chloride ointment and Carbowax were applied to the adjacent areas and the recovery was observed. Recovery to normal condition was determined based on the depth of the skin groove, regularity of the skin mounds, and reduction in size.
