Conventionally, to heat and cool a tank, a device has been used that involves wrapping a pipe around the outer circumference of the tank and circulating hot and cold water through the pipe to heat and cool the contents of the tank. When used, the contact area between the tank surface and the hot water and cold water pipes is small, resulting in a poor heat exchange rate, which not only makes it impossible to properly raise and lower the temperature of the tank contents, but also prevents heating and cooling.
There is a problem in that the running costs required for cooling are high, and therefore there has been a strong demand, especially from the fermentation industry, for a tank equipped with a more efficient heating and cooling device.

The present inventor believes that the heat exchange efficiency required for heating and cooling the conventional tank contents from the outside is low, which not only affects the quality of the product of the tank contents but also leads to high energy running costs. As a result of intensive studies to improve the heat exchange efficiency in heating and cooling the tank contents from the outside and to meet the demands of the above industry, we have developed this invention that allows hot water or cooling water to flow through the pipe walls. We completed this invention after confirming that direct contact with the tank instead of through it increases the heat exchange rate, lowers energy running costs, and makes it easier to switch between heating and cooling. Ivy.

In this invention, a pipe made of synthetic resin foam such as polyurethane foam or polyethylene foam, which has an approximately semicircular cross section or a square pipe, is directly wrapped spirally around the tank surface and glued onto it.
We provide a tank equipped with a heating and cooling device in which an FRP overlay is provided to cover the outer surface of the piping, adhesively fixed to the outer surface of the tank, and the entire tank is covered with heat insulating material on the outermost surface. It is something to do.

したのである。 The present inventor's research has revealed that a synthetic resin foam with low piping resistance, high cleanliness, and low surface roughness is suitable for pipes with an approximately semicircular or square cross section that are spirally wound directly around the tank surface. For example, polyurethane foam or polyethylene foam has proven suitable. By using piping made of such materials, we were able to successfully reduce initial costs and running costs.

is the fluid content, such as miso, soy sauce, etc., which requires temperature control during fermentation production. 8 is an inlet for hot water and cold water, and 9 is an outlet for hot water and cold water.
The hot water or cold water discharged from 9 is circulated by a pump to the inlet of 8 for circulation, or it is temporarily stored in a tank and then supplied to the inlet 8 by a pump (not shown). The heat insulating material 5 covering the entire outer surface may be made of any material, but synthetic resin is preferred.

The FRP overlay is directly bonded to the FRP tank, so the FRP is bonded to the FRP.
No other means are used, and the FRP tank is covered safely and securely without any damage due to the simple adhesive work. Furthermore, an air layer is left on the entire outer circumference, and a plastic insulation material is provided to completely insulate the tank from heat and cold.
The temperature difference at the outlet is small, and running costs are greatly reduced. The materials that form the framework of the base are all made of plastic, so there are few types of raw materials, and all of the work is done by gluing, so there is an advantage that the assembly of the device of this invention is simple and easy.
