However, if scale that has fallen from the objects to be heated accumulates on the hearth surface, it may deteriorate thermal efficiency or cause trouble in transporting the objects to be heated. It was necessary to go in and clean it, which required a lot of effort and time. On the other hand, last year, in order to save energy, there was a continuous type furnace that was designed with a narrow space inside the furnace to the extent that the material to be heated could be used as currency. It was particularly difficult to clean and repair the inside of the furnace.

It is a type of roller hearth type furnace. Since this continuous furnace is linear and has a long furnace length, only the middle portion is shown. In the figure, 1 is an object to be heated that is transported in the direction of the arrow, and 2, 2, 2... are rolls for supporting the object to be heated, which are provided at regular intervals in the direction of transport. The section is rotatably supported by a bearing (not shown) installed outside the furnace. However, in this furnace body, the insulating furnace wall portion 5,
5 is supported in an independent state on a floor 6 with supporting legs 7, 7..., and is separate from the outer hearth wall parts 5, 5 and the heat-insulating hearth parts 8, 8... which are rectangular planar plates. The hearth portions 8, 8, . . . are separated and independent between each roll 2, 2, 2, . 4, 4, . . . are burners provided on the furnace wall portion 5. 9, 9... are ceiling walls mounted on the furnace walls 5, 5, 10, 10... are flues formed integrally with the ceiling walls, and 11, 11... are dampers provided in the flues. The ceiling walls 9, 9, . . . are divided into several parts in the furnace length direction, and wedge-shaped blocks 12, 12, . For this reason, by removing the blocks 12, 12, . . ., the ceiling walls 9, 9, . Frames 13, 14 made of channel members are provided on the lower surfaces of the hearth parts 8, 8... to reinforce the hearth parts 8, 8.... Receptacle members 15, 15... are provided at the lower edges of the furnace wall portions 5, 5, and support rods 16, 16... are passed through the support members 15, 15, and the support rods are connected to the furnace wall portions 5, 5... The hearth portions 8, 8... are supported on the support rods 16, 16, which project horizontally inward from the lower edges of the support rods. In addition, support rod 16,1
The upper surface of the top end of 6 is cut out diagonally, and this slope is brought into contact with the member 17 fixed to the lower surface of the hearth portion 8, 8... to advance the support rods 16, 16... As a result, the hearth portions 8, 8, . . . are configured to be lifted upward by being pushed by this slope. The hearth part 8 is formed so that both sides thereof are tapered and have a trapezoidal cross section, and ceramic fibers are adhered to the inclined surfaces 18, 18. When the hearth parts 8, 8, . On the other hand, bearings 19, 19... are suspended from the lower surface of the framework 13, and pivot shafts 20a, 20b are rotatably supported by the bearings, respectively. The pivots 20a and 20b have a scale receiver 22a with a ceramic fiber 21 attached to the upper surface.
22b, and the scale receivers 22a, 22b.
can cover the lower part of the rolls 2, 2, . . . when their leading edges are aligned with each other and closed. A passage 24 is formed directly below the hearth parts 8, 8, . . . , and a cart 25 can run in the passage 24. 26, 26 are rails for running the truck 25. Carriage 25 is parent car 2
A child carriage 25b is mounted on the child carriage 5a, and a table lifter 27 is provided on the child carriage 25b. Guide shafts 29, 29, . . . are established on the elevating table 28 of the table lifter 27. Further, in the framework 14 on the lower surface of the hearth portions 8, 8, there are guide holes 3 in which the guide shafts 29, 29, etc. can be fitted loosely so as to be located corresponding to the guide shafts 29, 29, etc.
3,33... have been opened. 30 is the parent truck 25
This is an electric wire/cable winding drum provided at one end of a. The parent truck 25a runs along the rail 26 in the passage 24,
However, the child carriage 25b can run along the rail 32 in a horizontal passage 31 formed in a direction perpendicular to the passage 24.

b is closed to prevent outside air from entering. When performing maintenance and inspection on the hearth, the cart 25 is stopped directly under each hearth portion 8, 8, and the table lifter 27 is raised to move the guide shaft 29 to the hearth portions 8, 8.
The support rods 16, 16... are fitted into the corresponding guide holes 33, 33... to support the hearth portion on the lifting table 28, and the support rods 16, 16... are retreated. Then, when the table lifter 27 is lowered, the hearth part 8 is mounted on the carriage 25 as shown by the dashed line in the figure, and the main carriage 25a is run in the passage 24 along the rails 26, 26. Furthermore, by running the sub-truck 25b along the rail 32 into the horizontal passage 31, the hearth parts 8, 8, . . . can be carried out to the outside. Therefore, if necessary, the hearth parts 8, 8... are repaired or replaced, and then the hearth parts 8, 8, . . . Only the floor can be repaired or replaced. Further, after the hearth parts 8, 8, . . . are carried out, a worker can easily repair the side walls inside the furnace by riding on the lifting table 28 on the cart. Incidentally, scales that have fallen from the object to be heated 1 accumulate on the scale receivers 22a and 22b, so if they are opened periodically in a double-door shape as shown in a part of FIG. 1, the scales will fall into the passage 24. In this case, a trash can (not shown) is placed on the trolley 25 to catch the falling scale.
