Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） この考案は、血圧計のバンド、時計バンド、お
しめカバーの止着や、洋服、ハンドバツグなどの
蓋片の止着などきわめて広い範囲に使用される面
フアスナーのフツクに関するものである。
（従来の技術） 表面に多数のループを形成した雌テープと、表
面に多数のフツクを形成した雄テープとを重合、
係止してバンドやおむつカバーなどに係止具とし
て使用される面フアスナーは、従来からよく知ら
れている。
このような面フアスナーの雄テープのフツクを
なす合成樹脂製のモノフイラメントは、その表面
が滑らかで、又、横断面が円形のものが使用され
ている。
（考案が解決しようとする問題点） しかしながら、このようなモノフイラメントを
使用したフツクは、表面に溝又は突条を形成した
ものに比べ、表面積が小であるため、フツク形状
に熱セツト加工した場合に、セツト効率が低く、
その形状保持力が弱く伸びやすいため、ループと
の係合力が低い。又、染色においても染液の浸透
性、均染性が悪いなどの問題があつた。
この考案は、上記の諸問題を解決し、かつ、よ
り少ない量の合成樹脂材料で所定の係合力を得る
ことを目的としてなされたものである。
（問題を解決するための手段） この考案は、熱可塑性合成樹脂製モノフイラメ
ントよりなるフツクの表面の長手方向にのびる
溝、又は、突条を形成することによつて、よく、
その目的を達成することができたものである。
（作用） この考案は、雄テープのフツクを上記のように
構成することによつて、フツクの表面積の増大に
よる熱セツト加工の効率を高め、溝又は突条によ
つて染液の浸透性、均染性を向上し、突条におい
ては曲げ応力の増大により少い量の合成樹脂材料
で所定の強度が得られるものである。
（実施例） 添付図面により、この考案の実施の１例を説明
する。
第１図に示すように、従来の面フアスナーと同
様に、その表面に多数の熱可塑性合成樹脂製モノ
フイラメントのフツク１を植設した雄テープＴの
フツク１の表面の長手方向に伸びる溝２、又は、
突条３を形成する。
第２図は、フツク１を形成するモノフイラメン
トの実施例を示す拡大図であつて、モノフイラメ
ントは、概ね、円形断面をなし、その表面に長手
方向にのびる複数のＶ字状の溝２を設け、溝２と
溝２との間に突条３を形成したものである。
第３図は他の実施例を示すもので、モノフイラ
メントの表面に長手方向にのびる複数の突条３を
形成したものである。
第４図ａ〜ｃには、更に、他の実施例を示すも
ので、溝２、或は、突条３の数、形状、或は大き
さなどが第２，３図に示すものと異なる。
上記の実施例においては、溝２、又は、突条３
は、概ね、円形断面のモノフイラメント１の中心
から放射状に均一な間隔で形成されているが、必
ずしも均一な間隔で形成する必要はなく、任意の
間隔に設けてもよい。
第５図ａ〜ｂは、さらに、他の実施例を示すも
ので、モノフイラメントの形状を断面正四角形と
したものであるが、正五角形、正六角形などに形
成してもよい。
また、溝２又は突条３の大きさ、数などは必要
に応じ任意に選択でき、また、その形状も第６図
ａ〜ｄに示すように、円弧状、台形状など任意の
形状としてもよい。
なお、突条３を形成する場合においては、角部
４を鋭角にするとフツクと係合、離脱する雌テー
プのループ（図示せず）を切損する恐れがあり、
角部４を鋭角、或は、丸味を帯びた形状にするこ
とが好ましい。
（考案の効果） この考案は、熱可塑性合成樹脂製モノフイラメ
ントよりなるフツクの表面に長手方向にのびる
溝、又は、突条を形成したので、フツクの表面積
が従来の横断面が円形のモノフイラメントのもの
に比べて、きわめて増大される。したがつて、フ
ツク形状に熱セツト加工した場合に、熱効率を高
め、その形状保持力が強化され、面フアスナーと
して長期にわたつて使用しても、フツクとループ
との係合力が低下することがないなどのきわめて
優れた効果がある。
また、フツクを染色した場合、浸染法において
は、溝、または、突条が毛細管現象を促進し、染
液の浸透力が向上することによつて良好な均染性
がえられる。
パツドスチーマ染法においては、溝または突条
による表面張力の増大によつて、染液のピツクア
ツプ性が向上し、容易に、均一で所定の濃度の染
色がえられる。
また、この様な溝又は突条によつて、モノフイ
ラメントからの反射光が少なくなり色彩が濃くみ
える深色効果がえられるなどの顕著な効果を有す
るものである。
なお、突条は、さらに、曲げ応力および熱セツ
ト性を強めるために、所望の強度をもつモノフイ
ラメントを少い量の熱可塑性合成樹脂で得ること
ができるという効果を有するものである。

し、そのａ，ｂは突条、ｃ，ｄは溝のそれぞれの
