る。"Prior art and its problems" In the process of vitrification of high-level waste liquid, the high-level waste liquid is sent into a glass melting furnace, and radioactive substances are mixed into the molten glass and solidified. A scrubber is connected to the glass melting furnace to separate and remove glass powder, radioactive substances, NOx, etc. contained in the off-gas, and dust is removed by passing through the scrubber. The off-gas is further sent to an off-gas treatment device such as an absorption tower, a ruthenium absorption tower, a HEPA filter tower, etc., and is processed therein.

ある。 In order to maintain the required functions in a scrubber with such a structure, off-gas is fed into the cleaning liquid 1 from the gas inflow pipe 3 to absorb dust as shown by the arrows in Fig. 3. In the section 5, the upward flow of off-gas is brought into contact with the filling material to promote dust adsorption, and in the cooling device 6, the temperature of the cleaning liquid 1 is lowered and the off-gas flows downward into the container 1. It is necessary to generate a circulating flow.

理を必要とする等の問題点が残されている。 However, the off-gas contains NOx, etc., and generates heat when dissolved in water, so if the amount of heat generated inside the dust adsorption section 5 increases, the temperature of this part increases due to the temperature rise. When the cleaning liquid 1 and dust vaporize, a phenomenon occurs where the cleaning liquid 1 becomes a mist on the surface of the cleaning liquid 1 and is released together with the off-gas, which impairs the dust adsorption effect and reduces the dust collection efficiency inside the scrubber. It is conceivable that the amount of mist scattered into the off-gas system will increase, and problems remain, such as requiring complicated processing in processing steps after the scrubber.

The dust adsorption part is provided with a dust adsorption part that adsorbs dust by contacting with the upward flow of the off-gas discharged into the cleaning liquid, and the dust adsorption part has a structure in which a dust adsorption filler is filled between the cooling coils. As a result, the dust adsorption part is actively cooled and the heat generated when the NOx components in the off-gas discharged into the cleaning liquid are dissolved in the cleaning liquid, thereby improving the dust adsorption effect and reducing the amount of dust components. This prevents the water from turning into a mist.

When the off-gas system is in operation, off-gas is sequentially fed into the container 2 from the gas inflow pipe 3 and discharged from the opening at the lower end of the gas inflow pipe 3.
As the flow path resistance becomes smaller in the lower part of the dust adsorption section 5, the dust is spread out in the horizontal direction, and then rises due to the buoyancy of the off-gas itself, as shown by the arrow in FIG.

However, by sending fluid such as cooling water to the cooling coil 8, The dust adsorption filler 9 located between the two is maintained at a low temperature lower than the vaporization temperature. With this setting, the heat generated when dissolving NOx components, etc. is quickly removed, and the phenomenon in which the cleaning liquid 1 or dust components are vaporized and turned into mist due to high temperatures can be prevented. I can do it.

できる等の優れた効果を奏する。"Effects of the Invention" As explained above, the scrubber of the present invention includes a gas inflow pipe for discharging off-gas downward into a container that stores cleaning liquid, and a gas inflow pipe located around the gas inflow pipe that flows into the cleaning liquid. The dust adsorption part is provided with a dust adsorption part that adsorbs dust by contact with the upward flow of the discharged off-gas, and the dust adsorption part has a structure in which a dust adsorption filler is filled between the cooling coils. The dust adsorption filler located between them is actively cooled by the cooling coil to a low temperature, and the temperature of the cleaning liquid in the dust adsorption part is also kept low, so NOx components etc. in the off-gas are The heat generated during dissolution in the cleaning liquid can be quickly removed. In addition, by keeping the temperature of the cleaning liquid low, excellent effects such as improving the adsorption rate of dust components and reducing the generation of steam at the liquid surface to prevent formation of mist can be achieved.
