  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 走行フレーム３９上に鉛直軸回りに旋回す
    る旋回台４０を備え、該旋回台の片側に変位させ
    て運転キヤビンを搭載した建設機械において、運
    転キヤビンの外側側面６が鉛直軸を中心軸とする
    回転面で形成され、該外側側面に前記中心軸を中
    心とする円弧レール１３，１８，２３に沿つて開
    閉するスライド式の扉９が設けられている、建設
    機械。 (2) 外側側面６の回転面の中心軸が旋回台４０
    の旋回中心軸Ｐと一致している、請求項１記載の
    建設機械。
