本考案は自動車用リフターに於けるゲート板の

従来ゲート板の起立を安定させる装置として
は、ゲート板の基底辺に取付けたロツクピンを両
側よりばねの弾力を利用して掴む起立安全装置が
知られているが、この装置は構造的に複雑である
ばかりか、使用に従い緩みがでてゲート板の安定
性が悪い欠点がある。本考案ではこの欠点を除
き、ゲート板の起立を安定させると共に、ロツク
ピンのロツク作動と、解放操作が円滑軽快に行な

作油圧シリンダーの操作にて、第2図鎖線で示す
位置まで開放すると、ロツクピン3は嵌合体9か
ら鎖線で示すように抜け出すので、第1図に実線
で示すレバー5を鎖線で示す位置に移動すると、
連杆6を介し関連される連動器7がロツクピンを
鎖線の状態に回動する。即ちロツクピンは、ゲー
ト板の昇降作動時ロツクピンの通路上にある嵌合
体9との係合から避けることになるので、ゲート
板は何物にも妨げられることなく昇降する。斯く
してゲート板の昇降作動が終り、ゲート板を車台
の後端に戻る場合は、ゲート板か第2図鎖線で示
す略水平の位置に上昇した時一旦停止してレバー
5を操作し、第1図に鎖線で示す位置に退避して
いるロツクピンを、第2図鎖線で示す位置に戻
し、然る後ゲート板昇降用アーム2を起立させる
と、ゲート板は上昇し、その上昇する間にロツク
ピン3は通路上にある嵌合体9の切欠開放部8に
第3図実線で示すように突当ると同時に、ピンの
先端は嵌合体9に嵌合する、これにより嵌合体9
は嵌合したロツクピン3によつてゲート板の上昇
に従い軸受け12の支軸を支点として第4図鎖線
で示すように回動し、ゲート板の直立と同時にロ
ツクピンは嵌合体9に嵌合し、ゲート板の開放を
抑止する、この際嵌合体9は、コイルばね13の
作用で勝手に移動することなく規制され、これに
よつてゲート板は安定して起立保持される。以上
のように、本考案によれば、極めて簡易の装置
で、ゲート板をロツクすることができ、従来のよ
うに複雑なロツク装置を施すことがないので、ゲ
ート板昇降装置がそれだけ簡単化され、又構造が
簡単で、ロツクピンが嵌合体に自動的に係合する
ようになつているため一旦ロツクピンが嵌合体9
に嵌合すると、従来のゲート板ロツク装置と違い
緩む憂いがなく、従つてゲート板を安全に起立保
