A plate 1b that also includes the saddle seat 5 of the cable 3 (the seat side member and the saddle seat side member may be integrated or engaged as separate members);
A plate 1a having a saddle seat 6 against the cable 2 that presses the upper cable 2, and the cable 3 that presses the lower cable 3 from below.
The cables 2 and 3 are clamped by a clamp 1 which clamps the cables 2 and 3 between three types of plate materials including a plate 1c having a receiving seat 7 for the cable.

When a force is applied to the cable 2 in the direction of the arrow 9, if the slip resistance of the clamp 1 is small, the clamp 1 will slide along the cable 3 in the direction of the arrow 10, and the intersection position will not be fixed.

Permanent retention is not possible.

できない。 That is, in the above-mentioned intersection clamp 1, the plates are integrated with each other via fastening bolts, but due to the clearance of the bolt holes 8 and the existence of a space between the plates, for example, the movement of the plate 1b causes the plate 1c to move. It is impossible for the force to follow in perfect agreement, and there is a difference in the degree of slip resistance of the upper and lower plates against the cable, which makes it impossible to act uniformly around the entire circumference of the cable, which is not effective, and this force acts repeatedly. As a result, play gradually occurs, and the initially set fastening force cannot be maintained permanently.

自重を増加させることになり、採用し得ない。 In addition, increasing the slip resistance of the plate against the cable can be achieved by increasing the length of the plate and the number of tightening bolts, thereby increasing the degree of tightness between the plate and the cable, but with a membrane structure, it is possible to reduce the self-weight. This is extremely important, and increasing the size of the clamp hardware will increase the weight of the roof itself and cannot be adopted.

ものである。 The present invention was developed in view of the problems of the conventional technology, and its purpose is to solve the problem of insufficient tracking despite the clearance of the fastening bolt hole and the presence of a gap between the plates. The object of the present invention is to provide a cable intersection clamp that can increase the degree of integrity between the plates and permanently maintain the initial tightening force of the tightening bolt.

付設するとしたものである。"Means for Solving the Problems" In order to achieve the above object, the cable intersection clamp of the present invention is designed to connect the receiving part 4 of the upper cable 2 and the lower cable 3 interposed between the cables 2 and 3. a plate 1b having a saddle seat portion 5;
A plate 1a having a saddle seat 6 against the cable 2 that presses the upper cable 2, and the cable 3 that presses the lower cable 3 from below.
The cable intersection clamp consists of three types of plates: a plate 1c having a seat part 7 for each plate, and tightening bolts are arranged along both sides of the seat parts 4, 7 and saddle seats 5, 6. Connectors are attached to both sides of the receiving seats 4, 7 and the saddle seats 5, 6 between the joints at symmetrical positions with respect to the cable center line.

As a result, the following effect of the plates is enhanced and the degree of unity between the plates is increased, so that loosening of the fastening force due to backlash is eliminated and the durability of the fastening force is increased.

As a result, the anti-slip effect on the cable-to-cable contact surface acts uniformly over the entire circumference of the cable, making it more effective and significantly improving its durability.
