オス接続端子と別の医療器具に設けた気体又は液
体の通路のメス接続端子とを各々の先端部に設け
たルアーテーパ部で嵌合して接続し、該メス接続
端子の後端に設けた凸縁にオス接続端子の外周に
回動自在に装着したロツク筒の内面に設けた螺条
を螺着して該オス接続端子と該メス接続端子とを
ロツク結合するものにおいて、該オス接続端子の
該ルアーテーパ部の後端部に該ロツク筒の有する
ガイド孔と挿嵌して該ロツク筒を保持する保持部
を設け、該保持部の後端側に該ロツク筒のガイド
孔を挿嵌して該ガイド孔で該ロツク筒を回転摺動
させる摺動部を設け、該保持部の該ルアーテーパ
部側に該ロツク筒を強制的にオス接続端子から抜
脱自在として該ガイド孔と係合する第1テーパ部
を設け、該保持部の該摺動部側に該ロツク筒を保
持部から摺動部へと強制的に挿着自在とする第2
テーパ部を設け、該第2テーパ部と該摺動部との
間に挿着した該ロツク筒のガイド孔と係合しルア
ーテーパ部側に該ロツク筒を抜脱不可能とする段
部を設け、該摺動部の後端外側に該ロツク筒の有
底溝部と係合する突出部を設けてなることを特徴
