換部ケース内に、変速機から取り出された出力を
前輪および後輪の一方に伝達する一方側出力軸を
突出させるとともに、この一方側出力軸と同一軸
心状に配置されて他方に出力を伝達する他方側出
力軸を設け、隣接する両出力軸の端部外周にそれ
ぞれ形成したスプライン歯に軸心方向に摺動自在
に外嵌するシフト用スリーブを設け、切換部ケー
ス内に、シリンダロツドがシフト用レバーを介し
て前記シフト用スリーブに連結され両出力軸を連
結離間可能なシフト用シリンダ装置を内蔵したこ
