The conventional manufacturing method for rubber boots includes a foot mold 6 in which the front part 7 and leg part 8 of the foot are made removable by dovetail grooves 9 and concave-convex fittings 10, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3. Then, a sock-like bag 1 made of stockinette fabric and used as a lining for rubber boots as shown in FIG. 4 is fitted onto this bag.

Rubber liquid is applied to the bag body 1, and reinforcing rubber pieces 3 made of raw rubber are pasted on the toes and sides, and then the raw rubber mold is cut into a predetermined shape as shown in Fig. 5. The sheet 11 is wrapped and pasted around the leg as shown in FIG.

However, although it is desirable for the appearance that both end edges 12 and 13 are overlapped in a straight line along the rear line l of the foot mold 6, the surface shape of the foot mold 6 is not simple but curved and has many variations. Both edges 12,
13 inevitably appears in a curved shape such as a waveform, which tends to spoil the appearance. Therefore, the outer edge 13 must be cut in a straight line with a cutter, and the inner edge 12 cannot be cut because it has a lining.
A disadvantage was that a curved edge 12 appeared through the lining and was aesthetically undesirable. Also, the mold sheet 11
As the thickness of the paper became thinner, cutting with a cutter became difficult and required a high level of skill.

An embodiment of the present invention will be explained based on FIGS. 1 to 4 and FIGS. 7 and 8. First, the fourth
As shown in the figure, the rubber liquid (not shown) is applied to the bag body 1 by brushing or immersing it in the rubber liquid on a stockinette or boa sock-like bag body 1 made by knitting or sewing. Then, with the rubber liquid in a semi-dry state, the bag 1 is placed on a truncated conical mold member 2 as shown in FIG.
The mold member 2 can be made by, for example, making a cone out of a thin iron plate and cutting its head diagonally, or it can also be made by using a wooden or aluminum mold.

Next, a fourth
As shown in the figure, reinforcing rubber pieces 3 made of rubber are attached to the toe and side parts, and the bag 1 is cut into a predetermined shape as shown in FIG.
Roll the bag body 1 onto a 1.5mm raw rubber mold sheet 4.
The mold sheet 4 is wrapped and pasted on the surface. In other words, since the semi-dry rubber liquid is attached to the surface of the bag body 1, the mold sheet 4 is easily adhered to the surface of the bag body 1, and the mold sheet 4, which is made up of the bag body 1, the reinforcing rubber piece 3, and the mold sheet 4, is shown in FIG. A rubber shoe material 5 as shown is formed.

When the mold sheet 4 is wrapped around the bag body 1 placed over the mold member 2, its surface shape is in the shape of a truncated cone. Polymerization occurs in a straight line along the generatrix L.

Next, after the rubber shoe material 5 is removed from the mold member 2, it is fitted into a foot mold 6 as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3. Then, a raw rubber shoe sole (not shown) is bonded to the bottom of the rubber shoe material 5 and vulcanization molding is performed to complete the rubber shoe product.

As described above, in the present invention, a rubber liquid is applied to a sock-like bag 1 made of knitted fabric, a boa, etc., semi-dried, the bag 1 is placed on a truncated conical mold member 2, and the rubber liquid etc. are applied. The bag body 1 is formed by rolling and wrapping it onto a molded sheet 4 made of raw rubber, which has been cut in advance into a shape developed along the generatrix L of the truncated cone shape, on the surface of the bag body 1 to which it has been attached. , a rubber shoe material 5 consisting of a mold sheet 4 etc. is formed, the rubber shoe material 5 removed from the mold member 2 is fitted into a foot mold 6, and then a raw rubber shoe sole is joined to the rubber shoe material 5. Alternatively, the rubber shoe material 5 is fitted into a foot mold 6 and then vulcanized and molded, and then the vulcanized sole is bonded with rubber glue.

According to this invention, since the overlapping portion of the vertical edge of the mold sheet 4 attached to the bag body 1 is formed in a straight line from the beginning, the overlapping portion of the edge appears in a curved shape as in the conventional case. There is no need to cut the edge in a straight line, and the inner edge remains curved without spoiling the aesthetic appearance.

In addition, when the rubber shoes are rain boots, one with a two-piece foot mold as shown in the above example is used, but in the case of short rubber shoes such as winter shoes or fishing shoes, Sometimes an indivisible, one-piece foot mold is used.
