Claims (1)
表面の一部にそれぞれ電極を形成し、機関排気に
接触させた外表面の接地側電極と大気に接触させ
た内表面の出力取出側電極との間に発生する起電
力により機関排気中の酸素濃度を検出するように
構成され、前記ジルコニアチユーブの基端部がア
イソレーシヨンブツシユに押圧されて機関の排気
管壁に螺合されるホルダーの先端部に係止される
内燃機関用酸素センサにおいて、 接地側電極をジルコニアチユーブの基端部まで
延設すると共に、アイソレーシヨンブツシユの両
端面と両端面間を結ぶ周面の一部とに導電材料を
塗布して他部との絶縁を保持しつつ電気的に導通
させる導電通路を形成し、前記接地側電極を前記
導電通路を介してのみ接地させたことを特徴とす
