である。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention involves feeding plate-like objects, particularly veneer veneers of a certain width from which defective parts have been removed, to a conveyor at irregular intervals. By linking the following plate-like objects with the conveyor, the following plate-like object is quickly brought close to the preceding plate-like object, and while being held between the drive body and the plate-like object receiver, the drive body rotates at a low speed. This invention relates to a device for assembling plate-like objects that uses rotational force to reliably bring end faces together and assemble them into a group of continuously arranged plate-like objects.

It was the cause of things like this.

た。 However, starting with a clutch brake,
Variations occur when stopped, and as the conveyance speed increases, variations tend to increase.
In addition, the impact force at the time of colliding increases, so when used directly to match the processing capacity of the front and rear processing machines, the assembled plate-like materials may have widening of the interval, overlapping, or bending of the front and rear edges. There was a significant decrease in yield, filling rate in post-process machines, and work efficiency.

来る様に構成したものである。 The present invention eliminates conventional inefficient manual work, and connects directly to pre- and post-process machines, saving unnecessary manpower and storage space, and improving filling rate and work efficiency.
Furthermore, in order to prevent a drop in yield, a conveyor that rotates at high speed is linked with a plate-shaped object receiver and a drive body that rotates at low speed to convey subsequent plate-shaped objects that are fed in at irregular intervals. On the conveyor, the plate-shaped object is held between the plate-like object holder and the driving body, and is quickly brought close to the preceding plate-like object by the rotational force of the driving body. It is constructed so that it can be assembled into a group of plate-like objects arranged in a continuous manner by reliably bringing them together while eliminating overlapping and bending.

る。 As described above, according to the present invention, the upper plate-shaped object holder rotated at low speed is linked to the conveyor that rotates at high speed, and the plate-shaped object holder is divided into groups as appropriate, and each of the plate-shaped object holders is divided into groups. Connecting to each fluid cylinder, a plate-like object detector is arranged at the same interval as the fluid cylinder, and according to the arrangement order from the end,
Since the plate-like objects are detected one after another and a rising signal is output to the fluid cylinders placed on the back side of each plate-like object, subsequent plate-like objects fed at irregular intervals are moved ahead by the conveyor. The plate-like object is transported at high speed to a plate-like object detector adjacent to the plate-like object detector that detected the plate-like object.

出来るものである。 The plate-shaped object transported at high speed to the adjacent plate-shaped object detector is moved to the upper plate-shaped object holder and the plate-shaped object holder in close proximity to each other by the respective fluid cylinders arranged below the plate-shaped object. Due to the rotational force of the upper plate-like object holder, which is held between the tools and rotated at low speed, the plate-like objects are quickly and reliably arranged in a continuous manner by sequentially bringing together the end surfaces while eliminating overlaps, bends, etc. It is something that can be assembled into a group of things.
