Claims (1)
- 往復移動する真空包装済の食品載置台と、該食
品載置台の移動経路に沿つて配設する熱湯シヤワ
ー装置、冷水シヤワー装置、エアー吹付装置とか
らなり、且つ前記熱湯シヤワー装置、冷水シヤワ
ー装置、エアー吹付装置の夫々を、前記食品載置
台の位置を検出する位置検出装置に基いて適時作
動の開始と終了を行うようになしたことを特徴と
する真空包装食品用シユリンク装置。
