がワンタツチで行われるワンタツチカプラーを使
用するのが望ましいが、ワンタツチカプラーの着
脱を行えるようにするには上記注入口と取出口と
の間に指先が入るある程度のスペースを確保し、
作業が支障なく行われうるようにしなけれなばら
ず、そのため蓋が大きくならざるを得なくなる。
これは次のような不都合をもたらす。すなわち、
第5図では蓋はフランジ部eにおいて容器の口に
ボルトで止着されているが、蓋が大きくなると使
用されるボルトの数も多くなり、そのため容器内
を洗浄し、或いは薬液の入れ換え等において蓋を
着脱する際、多くの手間がかゝるほか塵埃が溜り
易くなり、ボルトの着脱時に溜まつた塵埃が容器
内に入り込むおそれがある。一方第6図に示され
るように、蓋gが捩込んで取付けられるようにし
たタイプのものにおいては、着脱が容易である反
面、蓋の口径が大きくなると、螺子の加工精度上
の問題によつて或いはプラスチツク容器の場合変
形し易くなつてシール性が低下し、持ち運びした
際などにおいて容器が揺れたとき内溶液がこぼれ
たり、或いは塵埃が入り込むおそれが生じる。

脱作業が簡単で、かつ迅速に行われ、そのため塵
埃の混入を少なくすることができ、また二つの口
を設けたことにより各口の口径を小さくすること
ができるようになるため、ネジの加工精度による
シール性の低下を来たすことがないこと、外装缶
の下端部を取外せば、内装缶の口部は外装缶の口
部に単に挿入されているだけであるから、内装缶
