圧力源からの圧力を供給することにより制動力を
解除し、圧力を排出することにより前記車両に制
動力を付与するネガテイブ型の駐車ブレーキ装置
と、外部からの操作によつて前記圧力源からの圧
力を該駐車ブレーキ装置に給排させる駐車ブレー
キ弁とからなる車両用ブレーキ制御装置において
、前記駐車ブレーキ弁は外部操作手段によつて圧
力の供給位置と排出位置とに切換えられる電磁式
切換弁によつて構成し、前記前後進切換手段には
車両を停止すべく該前後進切換手段が中立位置に
切換えられたか否かを検出する中立位置検出手段
を設け、該検出手段が中立位置を検出したときに
は前記外部操作手段の操作位置に係りなく、前記
電磁式切換弁を排出位置に切換える構成としたこ
