- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ はんだ槽内はんだの温度設定に応じてはんだ
槽加熱ヒーターの熱出力を調節してはんだ温度を
所定の値に維持するためのはんだ槽温度制御装置
において、はんだ温度検出用センサをはんだ加熱
部とはんだ吹口とに設置し、上記二つのセンサの
一方を選択的に温度制御装置本体と接続するため
の切り替え接続手段を設けたことを特徴とするは
んだ槽温度制御装置。 ２ 溶融はんだをはんだ吹口に送り込む循環ポン
プが作動中ははんだ吹口部のセンサを温度制御装
置に接続し、上記循環ポンプが停止中ははんだ加
熱部のセンサを温度制御装置に接続する自動的切
り替え接続手段を有する請求項１記載のはんだ槽
温度制御装置。
