処理に多大の手間と時間を要する。

支持杆7にローラー本体係止用回転体11を回転
可能に支持せしめると共に、前記スクイーズシヤ
フト1の遊端には前記塗料供給通路5を閉塞する
キヤツプ13を装着し、塗装用ローラ本体14の
塗料流出孔付き有底円筒状コアー19を前記スク
イーズシヤフト1に遊端側から外嵌させて、その
コアー19の開口端を前記ローラー本体係止用回
転体11に同心状にねじ結合すると共に、該コア
ー19の有底側端部を前記キヤツプ13の外周面
により回転可能に支持せしめた点に特徴を有す
る。

性の塗料を使用する場合でも、前記凸部に隣接す
る凹部内まで当該塗料を送り込みさえすれば、ロ
ーラー本体のコアーと前記スクイーズシヤフトと
の相対回動により前記凹部内の塗料をローラー本
体側へ自動的に掻き出すことが出来る。従つて塗
料供給圧力を低くしても、高粘性の塗料を確実に
ローラー本体内に供給して良好な塗装を行わせる
ことが出来る。
