FIG. 5 is a detailed sectional view of the weight detection mechanism 8 , in which a piezoelectric element 18 as a weight detection element is placed in the recess of the holder 14,
Output lead wires 16 and 17 exit through holes 14a and 14b formed in holder 14 to the outside.
The holder 14 is screwed into the case 13 and integrated with the case. As shown in FIG. 6, the case 13 has concentric semicircular slits 13a, 13a...
A knob 13b is integrally molded so as to be movable up and down, and the tip of the knob 13b slightly protrudes from the center hole 15b of the metal cover 15 screwed to the case 13. The case 13, holder 14, cover 15, and piezoelectric element 18 are integrally assembled to constitute the weight detection mechanism 8 . Heating chamber 1
A fixture 12 is fixed to the bottom wall 1a by spot welding, and the weight detection mechanism 8 is attached to the fixture 12 with screws 19, 19. A hole 1b that is sufficiently larger than the tip of the knob 13b is bored in the bottom wall 1a of the heating chamber, and a protrusion 15a is provided on the upper surface of the cover 15 by, for example, half punching in press working to fit into the hole 1b. ing. The protrusion height of the protrusion 15a is set to be approximately equal to the thickness of the heating chamber bottom wall 1a, and the protrusion height is set to be approximately equal to the thickness of the heating chamber bottom wall 1a.
It is almost flush with the upper surface of 5a.

に到達した時点では何ら影響を及ぼさない。 The roller 3b rolls on the bottom wall 1a in the direction of arrow A, rides on the protrusion 15a of the cover 15, and rotates the knob 13b.
It passes over the top and presses the piezoelectric element 18, and a signal corresponding to the weight is obtained. The bottom wall 1a and the protrusion 15a are almost flush with each other, and even if there is a slight difference in level, the difference in level is removed by the knob 13.
Since it is sufficiently far away from the knob 13b, the impact that the step gives to the roller 3b is attenuated, and the roller 3b is moved to the knob 13b.
It has no effect once it reaches that point.

陥る。 On the other hand, if a liquid such as water or coffee or a viscous liquid such as stew is spilled into the heating chamber 1, the drippings will be in the gap between the knob 13b and the hole 1b in the bottom wall of the heating chamber, or between the knob 13b and the case 13. It is fully conceivable that the liquid fills the gap between the center hole 13a and the liquid and drips onto the surface of the piezoelectric element 18. When moisture adheres to the surface of the element, the piezoelectric ceramic absorbs moisture due to its porous nature, or absorbs pore heat from the element, causing output changes depending on the temperature characteristics of the element. In even more serious cases, it may cause a short circuit between both electrodes, resulting in a situation where no output can be obtained. In addition, after adhering to the sliding parts and penetration parts of the knob 13b, it dries due to heat, and the sliding of the knob 13b is hindered due to adhesion and immobilization due to sugar.
The weight of the food on the turntable 3 is not accurately transmitted to the piezoelectric element 18, resulting in a situation where the weight cannot be accurately measured.

is attached so as to cover all of the hole 1b, protrusion 15a, and knob 13b. For example, the material of the film 20 has a heat resistance of 100° or more, and
A polyester film having a thickness of about 20 to 60 μm is used, which does not hinder the movement of roller 3b or the running of roller 3b. This film 13
Since b has sufficient flexibility, the effect on weight detection accuracy is less than a few grams, and since the film is thin and is further away from the knob 13b than the protrusion 15a of the cover 15, the roller 3b The rotation is not hindered, and the irregular movement when the roller 3b rides on the film is attenuated when the roller 3b reaches the top of the knob 13b, and does not affect the weight detection accuracy.

Prevent things completely. Furthermore, the cover 1 of the knob 13b
It also has the effect of alleviating the protruding step from 15b and smoothing the rotation of roller 3b.

The point is that no adhesive is applied to 0a, and the knob 13b and the film 20 are not bonded. Reference numeral 20b denotes an adhesive-applied portion, and the diameter of the adhesive-unapplied portion 20a is preferably slightly larger than the diameter of the center hole 15b of the cover 15.
