グ内に斜めに配置されて該ハウジング内を2つの
区画室に仕切り形成している仕切板、2は前記ハ
ウジングのサービス面の上部に配置された制御
盤、3,4は前記ハウジングのサービス面側の区
画室内に組み込まれた圧縮機および凝縮器を主要
構成部品とするコンデンシングユニツト、5は空
気冷却器、6は送風機、7は前記支柱1b,1c
の真上に位置する前記横枠1aに固定されて前記
制御盤2の上部を固定する支持板、8は前記片側
の支柱1bに固定された制御盤2の一側面を固定
する支持板であり、11a,11bは送風機6の
動作によつて空気冷却器5を通る空気流を示す。
以上の各部を備えた従来の冷凍装置は、組立手
順として、冷凍装置のハウジング内に仕切り形成
された区画室内に空気冷却器5およびコンデンシ
ングユニツト3,4を組み込んだ後に、冷凍装置
を制御する制御盤2を組み込んでいる。そして、
前記制御盤2の取付けは、第3図にも示すよう
に、サービス面上部の横枠1aや仕切板1dの制
約を受けるので、支持板7,8を用いボルト9,
10によつて横枠1a下方の支柱1b寄りの部分
に固定され、制御盤2が横枠1aや仕切板1dに
当らないように配置している。
しかし、以上のように構成された従来のパツケ
ージ型の冷凍装置は、横枠1aや仕切板1dが邪
魔になるので、組立の際に制御盤2を上方から吊
り上げたままの状態で組み立てることができず、
従つて、組立時に特殊な吊具を必要として組立作
業に長時間を費やしその作業が非常に煩雑化する
のみならず、制御盤取付専用の支持板7,8を必
要とするため部品点数が多くなつてコスト高にな
り、しかも、前記制御盤2取付部分の外観が前記
支持板7,8によつて損なわれるなどの問題があ
つた。また、従来の冷凍装置では、前記制御盤2
の支持板7,8が片持支持となつているので、振
動が生じ易いという問題もあつた。

平枠の相互間において、前記支柱間の前端開放面
から前記制御盤の奥行に略等しい距離だけ後退し
た位置を横枠で一体連結すると共に、前記各支柱
の対向面には、これらの上端から前記制御盤の高
さと略等しい距離だけ下がつた位置にて前記制御
盤の底面を両側から支える支持金を設け、該支持
金上方の前記支柱間と前記上端水平枠および前記
横枠とで囲繞形成された空間部に前記制御盤を嵌
込み、該制御盤の前部側底面を前記支持金に支持
固定すると共に、前記制御盤の背面上部を前記横
枠に支持固定することにより、前記制御盤の上面
を前記上端水平枠および前記横枠の各上面と同一
面状に、且つ、前記制御盤の前面を前記各支柱の

効率の向上ならびに部品点数の軽減やコスト低減
等が図れる。しかも、組立状態の制御盤は、その
前部側底面が前記支持金に支持固定され、且つ、
背面上部が前記横枠で支持固定されることによ
り、片持支持にはならず、振動が生じ難い充分な
支持強度を得ることができる。しかも、前記制御
盤は、その上面が前記上端水平枠および前記横枠
の各上面と同一面状に、且つ、前面が前記各支柱
の前面と同一面状に保持されるので、制御盤取付
部分の意匠的美観が従来よりも格別に優れたもの
となる。
