2 発明の構成と作用

(2) 既成のほぞ取り機7を用意する。このほぞ取
り機7は、角材の端部に対して「ほぞ」を切削
加工するために、正面方向からほぞ巾間隔を有
して回転する2枚の丸鋸8,8と、左右側面方
向から回転する切り取り用の2枚の丸鋸9,9
を設け、またこの両丸鋸部8,9の下方部には
前記支台1および傾斜支板3上に載置する角材

け、この締付具10は丸ハンドル11によつて

(4) このような安定した状態において、ほぞ取り
機7を始動し棒ハンドル12を下動する。する
と、角材aの先端部分は、正面からの丸鋸8,
8と左右側面からの丸鋸9,9とによつて同時
に切削を受ける。(ほぞ巾は普通30mmであるか
ら、正面丸鋸はこの巾間隔に合わせる。)これ
によつて、所定のほぞa′が形成されるようにな
る。(第4図参照)
(5) 次に、先端にストツパー13を有する長尺子
14を前記水平基板2の側面に嵌挿して、ほぞ
取り機7の切削口方向に突出する。また、ほぞ
取り機7の前面部に穿孔ドリル15と座掘カツ
ター16を一体に設置した穿孔座掘機17の取

掘機17を棒ハンドル12をもつて降下する。
すると、ほぞ部分の基端の反対側の墨付けした
孔心個所にドリル15を穿孔して貫通孔bを切
削し、切削終了後こんどはドリル上端のカツタ
ー16が直角に食い込んで座掘溝cを切削す
る。(第6図・第7図参照)
(8) 角材aの一方のほぞ部の穿孔と座掘が終了し
たときは、他方のほぞ部の穿孔と座掘を同様の
方法によつて行えばよい。これによつて、本発

3 発明の効果
本発明は、以上のような方法によつて火打ちを
製作するものであるため、従来熟練を要して非能
率的な工程によつて製作していた火打ちを、特別
な定木による形取り墨付けを行うことなく、能率
良く簡単かつ迅速に製作することができ、同一物
の量産化も可能となり、熟練した大工でなくても
何人でも簡単に製作することができるようにな

Claims (1)
角度板により支持して成る支台の前記連結角部を
ほぞ取り機の切削口に配置し、所定長さの角材を
前記傾斜支板上に載置するとともにその先端部分
を前記ほぞ取り機の切削口に臨ませこれを締付具
で固定し、ほぞ取り機の正面部に所定間隔をおい
て設置した2枚の丸鋸およびその左右両側面部に
直角に設置した2枚の丸鋸をともに回転降下して
前記角材の先端部分の左右側部に直角に切削して
ほぞを形成し、次に前記傾斜支板の中央部側面に
設けた定規に合わせて前記角材の側面に墨付けし
て長さの中心をとり、しかる後にこの角材の天地
を返して他方の先端部分を前記ほぞ取り機の切削
口に臨ませて固定し、再び前記丸鋸によつて前記
角材の先端部分の左右側部を直角に切削してほぞ
を形成し、次に先端にストツパーを有する長尺子
を前記水平基板の側面に取付けて前記ほぞ取り機
方向に突出し、前記角材におけるほぞ部分の基端
にあたる反対面に墨付けして孔心を出し、他方前
記ほぞ取り機の前面部に穿孔座掘機を取付け、前
記角材のほぞ部分を下側にして傾斜支板に載置し
ほぞ部分を前記長尺子上に載せるとともにその先
端を前記ストツパーに当接し、このストツパーは
前記穿孔座掘機のドリル先が前記角材の孔心に当
たる位置に調整して角材を締付具で固定し、穿孔
座掘機のドリルを回転降下して貫通孔と座掘溝を
同時に切削形成するようにしたことを特徴とする
