Claims (1)
- 背面基板上に形成した複数の陰極と前面基板上
に形成した複数の陽極とを、放電間隙を隔てて交
差させて対向配置して、上記交差部分に放電セル
を形成したガス放電表示パネルにおいて、上記背
面基板上に、上記放電セルの陰極を囲繞するよう
に、仕切状の第１のバリアリブを形成するととも
に、上記第１のバリアリブ上に、この第１のバリ
アリブの仕切壁の内周径よりも大きな内周径を有
する第２のバリアリブを形成し、上記陰極表面、
第１のバリアリブ側面及び第２のバリアリブ側面
をエミツタ層で覆つたことを特徴とするガス放電
表示パネル。
