Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 背面基板上に形成した複数の陰極と前面基
板上に形成した複数の陽極とを、放電間隙を隔て
て交差させて対向配置して、上記交差部分に放電
セルを形成したガス放電表示パネルにおいて、上
記背面板上に、上記放電セルの陰極を囲繞するよ
うに、仕切状の第１のバリアリブを形成するとと
もに、上記陰極表示及び第１のバリアリブ側面を
エミツタ層で覆い、更に上記第１のバリアリブの
上面に第２のバリアリブを形成したことを特徴と
するガス放電表示パネル。 (2) 第２のバリアリブの上面に溝を設けたこと
を特徴とする請求項１記載のガス放電表示パネル
。
