Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電子ビームを射出する電子銃と、高周波と上記
    電子銃からの電子ビームを相互に作用させて高周
    波を増幅する遅波回路と、該遅波回路を通り過ぎ
    た電子ビームを捕捉するコレクタと、上記遅波回
    路内を進行する電子ビームを集束する周期磁界装
    置を金属ケース内に収納してなる進行波管におい
    て、 金属ケースと周期磁界装置間を同軸的に遮蔽す
    るように円板状非磁性金属を２段に配置し、２段
    に配置した円板状非磁性金属間の遮蔽部中に電波
    吸収体を充満させ、コレクタと接続した高圧リー
    ド線を上記遮蔽部を貫通して配設したことを特徴
    とする進行波管。
