- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 遅波回路を進行する電子ビームをポールピース
間に設置した永久磁石により集束する構成のビー
ム直進型進行波管において、 遅波回路内の磁界を調整するために、ポールピ
ース間の永久磁石上に鉄片を配置するとともに、
遅波回路入力部のポールピース板上に少なくとも
１個以上の永久磁石を配置したことを特徴とする
ビーム直進型進行波管。
