Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 圧延使用層を有するスリーブ２がロール軸
１に挿入され胴部に固着された条鋼圧延用組立ロ
ールにおいて、 スリーブ２の両端部内周面とロール軸１の胴部
外周面との間に、外周面の拡径と内周面の縮径も
しくは外周面の縮径と内周面の拡径が自在の締結
リング３，３を設け、該締結リング３，３を介し
てスリーブ２がロール軸１に着脱自在に固着され
ており、圧延時にスリーブ２の中央部内周面とロ
ール軸１の胴部外周面との間に隙間が生じないよ
うに前記内周面と外周面とを5/100mm以下の締め
代を与えて嵌合することを特徴とする条鋼圧延用
組立ロール。 (2) 圧延使用層を有するスリーブ２がロール軸
１に挿入され胴部に固着された条鋼圧延用組立ロ
ールにおいて、 スリーブ２の両端部内周面とロール軸１の胴部
外周面との間に、外周面の拡径と内周面の縮径も
しくは外周面の縮径と内周面の拡径が自在の締結
リング３，３を設け、該締結リング３，３を介し
てスリーブ２がロール軸１に着脱自在に固着され
ており、圧延時にスリーブ２の中央部内周面とロ
ール軸１の胴部外周面との間に隙間が生じないよ
うにスリーブ２よりも大きい熱膨張係数を有する
筒体１６が前記内周面と外周面との間にすき間ば
めによつて装着されていることを特徴とする条鋼
圧延用組立ロール。
