There is one on which a wavy uneven shape corresponding to the heathered pattern is formed, and a wood-colored paint is applied on top of it.

た。(Problem that the invention aims to solve) However, among the above conventional techniques, those that express a two-dimensional heathered pattern cannot express the three-dimensional sense of mass that natural wood has. On the other hand, if a board surface is pre-formed with a wavy uneven shape and wood-colored paint is applied, the wood-colored paint will be expressed three-dimensionally, but the wood-colored paint will not form the wavy uneven shape in the concave areas. As the convex portions were coated with the same color, it was not possible to express the aesthetic appearance of natural wood, which has a striped grain pattern of dark and light colors.

The technical problem to be solved is to provide the following.

A wavy uneven shape corresponding to the heathered pattern is formed in advance on the board, and the following paint layers are successively formed in a laminated manner on the board surface along this uneven shape.

Further, the means for forming the wavy uneven shape on the board surface is not limited. That is, in the above-mentioned fiber boards, etc., it can be formed by providing a wavy uneven shape on the mold surface of the press mold during the pressing process for molding the entire board, and for example, in the case of synthetic resin boards, It can be formed by providing a wavy uneven shape on the mold surface of a mold for injection molding. Furthermore, it is also possible to carve out a wave-like uneven shape on a flat board surface.

On the other hand, the paint used for the finishing paint layer contains a relatively small amount of wood-colored colorant and has a light wood color. Although both of these paint layers are usually formed by spraying a polyurethane resin paint containing a colorant as described above, the type of paint and the method of application are not limited to these.

On the other hand, in the concave portion, a finishing paint layer is directly applied on top of the undercoat paint layer. Therefore, the convex portion and the concave portion are of the same wood color and exhibit a striped pattern of light and shade, creating an aesthetic appearance similar to the grain of natural wood.

The uneven shape is also formed on the surface of the finishing paint layer 10. This shape appears on the surface of the painted board 1 as a heathered pattern 11 with a three-dimensional sense of mass as shown in FIG.
