位として居住し得るように構成された各住居ユニ
ツトを組み立てることにより多数の住居に区分さ
れた複数階の集合住宅であつて、 前記各住居ユニツトは、床下部を有する基礎部
上及び階上に各々取付けられる任意数の基準住居
ユニツトと、最上階に取付けられる最上階住居ユ
ニツトと、前記各基準住居ユニツト間及び基準住
居ユニツトと最上階住居ユニツトとの間に各々取
付けられる床下部を有する中間住居ユニツトから
構成され、 前記各住居ユニツトは、角型鋼管からなる支柱
を含む鉄骨構造により構成され、順次積み重ねら
れる各住居ユニツトは、互いに接合する支柱の端
部間に亘つて設けた接合機構部により一体的に接
合され、 前記各基準住居ユニツトは、前記基礎部の床下
部又は、中間住居ユニツトに設けた床下部に連通
する開孔を設けた床部を備え、 前記中間住居ユニツトは、上階用の床下部と開
口した天上空間とに仕切られ、 前記最上階住居ユニツトは、中間住居ユニツト
の床下部に連通する開孔を設けた床部と、上面全
