しても、結び目形成時に紐がビークから外れるこ
とがなく、適切に結束でき、従つて被結束物をテ
ーブル上に無雑作に置くことができる。また、こ
のように被結束物が外れた位置に置かれた場合の
結束に対し、従来、差込杆のほか2部材を要した
が、本考案では1部材(レバー)で可能にし、機
構を単純化し、作動上好ましく且つ故障も少な
