However, if there is a difference in the storage amount in each divided chamber, a large stress is applied to the partition plate whose one side is not stored due to the pressure of the powder or granular material on the other side. However, in the two examples of tanks shown above, problems such as deflection and damage of the partition plates occur, making it difficult to meet the above-mentioned request for individual removal. For this reason, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, in addition to the partition plate 21 disposed along the axial direction inside the cylindrical tank body 20, there are A large number of reinforcing members 22 are installed horizontally between the partition plate 21 and the tank body 20 at predetermined intervals in the direction.

There is a problem in that because there are so many, maintenance and management is time-consuming. Furthermore, because partition plates and numerous reinforcing materials are installed inside the tank body, there are many corners at the joints between parts, and powder and granules tend to remain, so in some cases cleaning work to remove them may be necessary. There is also the problem that it requires

A waveform having a shape such as a square wave is used. Various methods can be considered for arranging this partition plate on the tank body. For example, it is conceivable that the partition plates are arranged horizontally and vertically, or that a cylindrical or polygonal support is erected at the center of the tank body, and the partition plates are arranged radially around this support. Since corners are created between the members due to the arrangement of these partition plates, corner members are arranged to cover these corners. The corner member is installed between two members forming a corner, and may be any member that covers the corner with a gentle surface, or may have a large corner angle.

Sufficient strength can be obtained. Therefore, even if one side of the partition plate does not accommodate powder or granular material, bending, damage, etc. can be prevented. Moreover, since corner members are installed at the corners created by the arrangement of the partition plates, the corners can be configured with gentle surfaces, and it is possible to prevent powder particles from remaining in the corners.

Furthermore, the four side edges of the partition plate 3 are formed of square pipes 3d. These partition plates 3 are stacked vertically in three stages to partition the inside of the tank body 1 into three parts. Further, elongated corner members 8 are disposed along the axial direction at corner portions 6 formed by the partition plates 3 and corners 7 formed by the side edges of the partition plates 3 and the inner wall of the tank body 1. The corner portion 6 and the corner portion 7 are covered.

Powder and granular materials such as wheat flour of different grades are charged into each storage chamber 1a, 1b, and 1c from an input port 11 and stored. On the other hand, when taking out the desired granular material from this tank, the granular material is taken out from the storage chambers 1a, 1b, 1c through at least one of the discharge tubes 4a, 4b, 4c. By taking out the powder and granular materials individually from each storage chamber in this way, differences occur in the amounts stored in the storage chambers. For this reason, a powder storage portion and an unaccommodated portion are created on both sides of the partition plate 3, and stress is applied to the partition plate 3 toward the unaccommodated portion due to the pressure of the powder. However, as described above, the middle plate of the partition plate 3 is composed of a corrugated plate 3a, and has sufficient strength to withstand the above-mentioned stress. Furthermore, corner members 8 are installed over the corners 6 and 7, and the corners are closed with smooth surfaces, thereby preventing powder particles from remaining in the corners.

2 may be erected and a plurality of partition plates 3 may be arranged radially so as to contact the outer surfaces of the support columns 12, respectively. In this case, corner members 8 are arranged and fixed at the corners as in the previous embodiment.

It is composed of a corrugated plate formed on the top and a flat plate stretched on the front and back sides of the corrugated plate, and a corner member that spans between the two members is placed at the corner that is created when this partition plate is joined to the partition plate or another member. Since the structure is constructed, the strength of the partition plate in the lateral direction is improved, and powder and granular materials can be taken out individually from the divided storage chambers. In addition, a corner member is installed at the corner portion, and there is no protrusion of reinforcing material or the like in the flour crushing portion, which has the effect of preventing residual powder and granules and facilitating maintenance and food hygiene management.
