  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 鋼材等を方形に結合して建物躯体に取り付け、
    その表面に外壁パネルが固定される下地材におい
    て、 ねじ穴を有し長さが前記下地材の厚さ以下の水
    平部と、建物躯体への取付穴を有する垂直部とに
    よりＬ字状に形成され、前記下地材の下方におい
    て該下地材の内壁に固定された調整部材と、前記
    水平部のねじ穴に螺入される調整ボルトとからな
    るレベル調整機構を備えたことを特徴とする外壁
    パネルの下地材。
