In conventional raised floor boards, a synthetic resin edging material was attached along the outer periphery of the raised floor boards in order to quickly lay a large number of raised floor boards in a fixed area. Since the attachment portion of the edge material has a protruding shape or a shape that is likely to peel off, there has been a problem that the edge material may peel off during construction or subsequent use.

In the present invention, an upper surface plate, a lower surface plate formed in the shape of a shallow dish having an outer peripheral edge bent upward, and a core member interposed between the upper surface plate and the lower surface plate are formed in a superposed manner. A hard synthetic resin edge member having a generally inverted L-shaped cross section and having a laterally projecting piece portion and a downwardly projecting piece portion, and a tapered surface portion on the opposite side of the core member, covers the entire circumference of the core member. The laterally protruding piece is disposed along the corner of the upper surface in the cross section of the core member, and is disposed in the fitting gap formed between the upper surface of the core member and the upper surface plate. is fitted and fixed, and the downwardly projecting piece part is fitted and fixed to the fitting gap formed between the side surface of the core member and the outer peripheral edge of the bottom plate. be.

The horizontally protruding piece and the downwardly protruding piece of the edge material are
Fitting gap: Since it is inserted and fixed within the gap, it is not exposed to the outside, and there is no risk of the edge materials getting caught on each other or other components during construction, etc. They don't rub against each other at all. Further, since both the protruding pieces extend in different directions, they can sufficiently withstand forces acting on the edge material in any direction, and therefore will not peel off.

The raised floor board according to the present invention is formed in a rectangular shape such as a square in its overall shape when viewed from above, and by laying a large number of these, as shown in FIG. Raised floor 1 at a height
2, and if there is a large excess or deficiency, it will be adjusted by cutting it to the specified shape using a power tool at the construction site. Small dimensional errors during installation are absorbed by the elastic deformation of the edge material 5.
Therefore, the contact surfaces 14 of the edge members 5 are provided so as to protrude outward from the surface 15 of the outer peripheral edge 3 of the lower plate 2. A tapered surface portion 16 is formed on the opposite side of the core member 4 between the corresponding contact surface 14 and the downwardly protruding piece portion, and the tapered surface portion 16 allows the edge materials 5 to come into contact with each other during laying. It also fits smoothly and can be easily installed. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the corners of the planar shapes of the core members 4 and the bottom plates 2 are attached and arranged in advance at predetermined positions on the slab upper surface 13 with adhesive, bolts, etc. are supported by supporting legs 17, respectively. Note that the support legs 17 are height adjustable,
The support plane 18 has partition projections 19 . Reference numeral 20 denotes a conductive buffer pad pasted on the support plane 18. In the space between the slab top surface 13 and the raised floor 12 disposed above it, there are cables 2 for various office automation equipment 21...

Next, to explain the manufacturing method of the raised floor board according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. The member 4 is fitted and fixed with adhesive or the like. As shown in FIG. 6, between the bottom plate 2 and the core member 4, the fitting portion 10 having a substantially rectangular groove-shaped cross section is formed. Next, as shown in FIG. 6, the downwardly protruding piece 7 of the edge member 5 is inserted into the spacer part 10 and fixed. Further, the top plate 1 is placed in the recess 23 formed by the top surface 8 of the core member 4 and the edge material 5, and fixed with adhesive or the like. At the same time, the fitting portion 9 having a substantially rectangular groove shape is formed between the top plate 1 and the core member 4. The upper plate 1 and the lower plate 2 may be galvanized or colored steel plates.

In the above embodiment, the entire core member 4 is surrounded by the upper surface plate 1, the lower surface plate 2, and the edge material 5, so that the entire core member 4 can be made into an integral structure with high rigidity. Also, a top plate 1 and a bottom plate 2 made of steel plate
On the other hand, by attaching the electrically conductive edge members 5 in contact with each other or in pressure contact with each other, charging is prevented and troubles due to static electricity do not occur.

In this way, in the present invention, there is a gap between the upper surface plate 1 and the upper surface 8 of the core member 4, and between the side surface 11 of the core member 4 and the upwardly bent outer peripheral edge 3 of the lower surface plate 2. ,
Form parts 9 and 10 for fitting, respectively, and
A laterally protruding piece part 6 of a hard synthetic resin edge material 5 having an inverted L-shaped cross section is fitted into the part 9, and a downwardly protruding piece part 7 thereof is inserted and fixed into the intermediate part 10, respectively. As a result, the edge material 5 is firmly connected and integrated with the top plate 1, the bottom plate 2, and the core member 4, so that the edge material 5 does not peel up or fall off during construction and subsequent use. No problems such as peeling occur. Moreover, since the edge materials 5 have a tapered surface portion 16 on the side opposite to the side where the core member 4 is located, when laid inside a building, etc., the edge materials 5 can be easily laid without getting caught on each other.

By disposing the edge material 5 along the corner of the upper surface 8 in the cross section over the entire circumference of the core member 4, it is possible to absorb dimensional errors during installation.
Another advantage is that the corners are not damaged during installation work.
