Conventional technology sheet cutting devices are used, for example, in mini-printers such as cash registers and ticketing machines. In these cashier registers, ticket issuing devices, etc.,
A mini printer records the amount of money and proof of payment for boarding/entrance on a rolled sheet, and a cutting device is installed to cut out the recorded portion after recording. Such a sheet cutting device is -
In general, (a) a device main body; (b) a flat plate-shaped cutter having a cutting blade formed on its tip edge and supported movably in a direction intersecting the cutting blade on the device main body; (C) a receiving member that is provided in the main body of the device and works with the cutter to cut the strip-shaped sheet along a cutting line that intersects with the longitudinal direction of the sheet;
d) A cutter driving device that moves the cutter forward to a cutting position where the strip sheet is cut in cooperation with the receiving member and retreats to a non-cutting position where the strip sheet is not cut. Conventionally, the cutter has a saw-shaped cutting blade in which the triangular blade is aligned in a straight line in a direction perpendicular to the direction of movement of the cutter, and the receiving member is provided parallel to the cutting blade. received the strip sheet from the opposite side, the cutting blade was supposed to help cut the strip sheet, and was provided in a fixed position.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, when the cutting edge is saw-shaped like this,
The cutter cuts the strip-shaped sheet at the same time with the tips of a plurality of blades so as to cut through the strip-shaped sheet. Moreover, since the receiving member is provided in a fixed position and only supports the strip sheet from the side opposite to the cutter, it does not work with the cutting blade to shear the strip sheet, resulting in poor cutting and a large amount of cutting. There has been a problem in that paper dust is generated and deposited on the components of the cutting device and nearby recording devices, causing malfunctions thereof. For example, the return operation of the cutter becomes poor and the cutter does not return to a predetermined non-cutting position, and the cutter obstructs the progress of the belt-shaped sheet, causing jamming. Additionally, it is necessary to frequently clean the device to remove accumulated paper dust, and there is also the problem that it is on the front side.

Function In the sheet cutting device configured in this way, the guide portions are provided at both ends of the cutting blade of at least one of the cutter and the receiving member, and the cutting blade of the cutter is inclined so that both ends are at the most Since it is located on the receiving member side, when the cutter is advanced from the non-cutting position toward the cutting position during cutting, the cutter and the receiving member are first engaged in the standing guide section prior to cutting. , both ends of the edge, which had been located closer to one surface of the cutter than the other, are moved to a position where they just come into sliding contact with one surface. Since the receiving member is made of an elastic plate,
When a force is applied to both ends of the edge, an elastic force is generated in the opposite direction, and this elastic force causes the center of the edge to curve into a convex shape toward the other side of the cutter. Stay on the side. However, both ends of the cutting blade protrude forward, and the center reaches the edge later than both ends, so the cutter does not collide with the center of the edge and be prevented from moving forward. Both ends of the edge moved to a position where it comes into sliding contact with one surface of the cutting blade work together with both ends of the cutting blade to cut both ends of the strip sheet in the width direction. At this time, since the edge is pressed against one surface of the cutter by the elastic force generated in the receiving member, the strip-shaped sheet is ideally sheared by the cutting blade and the edge.

Also, as the cutting blade and the edge work together to shear the strip sheet, the part of the edge immediately in the center of the part that is performing the shearing action comes into sliding contact with one surface of the cutter. be moved into position. in the end,
As the cutter advances, the edge is gradually moved from both ends toward the center to a position where it makes sliding contact with one side of the cutter, and the part that just reaches that sliding contact position works together with the cutting blade to shear the band-shaped sheet. I will do it. Therefore, the belt-shaped sheet is always subjected to an ideal shearing action and is cut well.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the sheet cutting device of the present invention, the strip-shaped sheet is cut from both ends in the width direction toward the center by the ■-shaped cutting blade, and the receiving member is cut by its own elastic force. Since the belt-shaped sheet is always cut while being pressed against one side of the cutter, the belt-shaped sheet receives ideal shearing action, resulting in less paper dust. therefore,
The occurrence of failures of the cutting device and the device in which the cutting device is installed is reduced, and the number of times of cleaning is reduced, making maintenance easier.

The cutter 16 is connected at its rear end to a plunger 34 of a solenoid 32, as shown in FIG. A main body 36 of the solenoid 32 (hereinafter referred to as the solenoid main body) is fixed on the device main body 10, and the plunger 3
4 is fitted into the solenoid body 36 in a slidable manner and extends from the solenoid body 36 to the side opposite to the cutting edge 18 of the cutter 16 . The axis of the plunger 34 is located in the same vertical plane as the center line parallel to the moving direction of the cutter 16. The lower end of the connecting plate 38 is fixed to the protruding end of the plunger 34, and the upper end of the connecting plate 38 is fixed to the protruding end of the plunger 34.
The cutter 16 and the plunger 34 are connected to each other so that they cannot move relative to each other and cannot rotate relative to each other. Further, the plunger 34 is urged to protrude from the solenoid body 36 by a spring 40 disposed between the solenoid body 36 and the connecting plate 38, and the limit of its protrusion is defined by a stopper 42. Therefore, if a coil (not shown) provided in the solenoid body 36 is excited, the plunger 34
is drawn into the solenoid body 36, the cutter 16 is advanced to the cutting position where the cutting blade 18 protrudes from the guide member 12.14 and the coil is demagnetized, and the plunger 34 is moved by the biasing force of the spring 40. causes the cutter 16 to protrude from the solenoid body 36 and retract to the non-cutting position, so that the cutting blade 18 is moved from the guide member 12.14.

In the cutting device configured as described above, when not cutting, the cutter 16 is retracted to the non-cutting position, and the lower receiving member 46 has the edge 56 closest to the upper receiving member 44 as shown in FIG. The cutter 16 is located at a height closer to the upper surface 22 than the lower surface 20 of the cutter 16. When the coil of the solenoid 32 is excited during cutting and the cutter 16 is moved forward, the guide piece 28 first engages with the guide piece 60 as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 1, causing the cutter 16 to move forward. Accordingly, the receiving portion 54 of the lower receiving member 46 is elastically deformed downward as shown by the arrow B due to the action of the slope, and the cutter 6 rides on the edge 56 as shown in FIG.

However, since the center portion of the cutting blade 18 is farthest from the receiving portion 54 and reaches the edge 56 last, the cutter 16 does not collide with the receiving portion 54 and its forward movement is not hindered. When the cutter 16 is further advanced, the center portion of the receiving portion 54 is gradually moved downward by the cutter 16, and the edge 56 gradually touches the lower surface 20 of the cutter 16 from both ends toward the center. The recording paper 48 is moved to a sliding contact position, and the recording paper 48 is sheared together with the cutting blade 18 just at the sliding contact position. In this way, the recording paper 48 is always cut with ideal shearing action, resulting in beautiful cut edges and less paper dust.
