Description
本発明は、自動車の内部に設けた収容装置に対
して点火システムを操作すべく着脱することがで
きる送信機と、この送信機からの信号により自動
車ドアのロツク機構を操作すべく該ロツク機構に
結合した受信機とを備える自動車ドア及びトラン
クカバー用開閉システムに関する。
この種の自動車では送信機により自動車ドアの
ロツク機構を作動又は解除すると共に、点火シス
テムを操作することができる。トランクカバーに
ついては公知の自動車ではキーにより開閉される
シリンダ錠が設けられており、従つて送信機の他
にさらにキーで操作しなければならない。
さらにドアの錠はキーで開閉される一方、トラ
ンクカバーは電気的に安全ロツク解除される自動
車も公知である。トランクカバーの電気的安全ロ
ツク解除のためのスイツチは自動車の内部にある
ため、トランクルームに用があるだけでも自動車
ドアを開けなければならない。
本発明の目的は、簡単な手段でこの種の自動車
の開閉システムを一層容易な操作という観点で改
善し、同時にトランクカバーへの不当な介入に対
する保護を向上することである。
この目的は特許請求の範囲第1項の特徴部によ
り達成される。これによれば、電気的に安全ロツ
ク解除できるトランクカバーのため制御要素の回
路に配置された複数スイツチ、トランクカバーが
送信機によつてもまた車内からも安全ロツク解除
できるが、しかしトランクカバーが意図的に安全
ロツク解除されるのでないその他のすべての状態
ではトランクカバーは常に閉鎖されていることを
確実とするものである。スイツチ相互の働きは以
下の第1表と、これに関連する可能なケースの説
明により最も良く理解できるであろう。なお、第
1表ではS1はドアのロツク解除の際に閉じる第1
のスイツチを、S2は送信機が収容装置から取出さ
れる時に閉じる第2のスイツチを、S3はトランク
カバー又はその近傍に設けた操作スイツチとして
の第3のスイツチをそれぞれ表わす。そして、ス
イツチの閉状態は1で、開状態は0で表わしてい
る。
