Otherwise, the operating rate will decrease.

Then, the pipes supplied from the transport device can be loaded onto the pipe receiver while the forklift is reciprocating between the transport device and the storage location, so there is no need to stop the packaging line.

Therefore, the pipe will fall while being moved from the conveying device to the pipe receiver. Therefore, the sound of the pipe falling and the sound of the vibrators colliding with each other become a source of noise, and there is also a risk that the pipe will crack. Furthermore, since the pipes are loaded onto the pipe receiver in an irregular manner without being aligned, there is a problem in that it is necessary to bind the pipes with belts or the like to prevent the pipes from buckling when loaded onto the arm of a forklift.

When the arrangement of the pipes is completed, the arrangement table is moved upward to a position higher than the arrangement means so that the arrangement table lifts the pipes from the arrangement means in the arrangement state. After lifting the pipes on the alignment stand, move the alignment stand horizontally to a position above the pipe receiver, and then move it downward to a height near the bottom of the pipe receiver, lower the pipe from the alignment stand, and place it above the pipe receiver. to be loaded. Then, the alignment table is again moved to the first standby position and is kept on standby. Thereafter, the above operation is repeated until a predetermined number of pipes are stacked and placed on the pipe receiver. From the second time onwards, after receiving the pipes on the arranging table, move the arranging table to the top surface of the pipes already loaded on the pipe holder. It will be moved downward to a nearby height position and the pipe will be lowered at that position.
